I recently tried mooncakes from 1983 Mooncake Bakery and was genuinely impressed. The quality, flavor, and packaging all felt premium. Each mooncake is beautifully crafted with a perfect balance of richness and texture - not overly sweet, just right.

Truly impressed by the attention to detail in both the mooncakes and the beautiful packaging. The service was excellent -- they accommodated my large and last-minute order even during the busy Full Moon season. Highly recommend 1983 Bakery to anyone looking for high-quality mooncakes and pastries. You can really taste the care they put into everything.

1983 Bakery's mooncakes are among the best I've ever had. The sweetness is just right--not overly sweet like many other brands. Their packaging is also beautiful and elegant, making it a perfect gift for your loved ones. I've been a loyal customer for the past four years, and to be honest, their mooncakes are what I look forward to most every Mid-Autumn Festival

First dip on the moon cake. Absolutely stunning in presentation but also wonderful at taste. Everything i have tried from this bakery does not disappoint.

Absolutely amazing cake from 1983 Bakery! I ordered a cake for my birthday and my nephew's, and it was perfect. The design was beautiful, and the flavor was incredible--moist, rich, and not overly sweet. Everyone at the party loved it. Highly recommend 1983 Bakery for any special occasion!

I have known 1983 for three years, and it has been my first choice for my family and friends every Mid-Autumn season! The brand brings new and unique mooncake flavors, paired with beautifully designed packaging and presentation. It truly deserves to be more widely and popular as one of the most reliable and authentic Vietnamese mooncake branda here!

Soft jazz music played throughout the café, creating a peaceful ambiance that made it easy to settle in and enjoy the space. One of my favorite things about this café was the variety of drinks available. There were so many interesting options to choose from, and I decided to try the Sakura Latte. It was beautifully presented and had a delicate floral flavor that was both unique and refreshing. You can tell that a lot of thought goes into both the taste and presentation of the drinks. The dessert display was equally impressive. The cake case was filled with a variety of beautiful, aesthetic-looking cakes and pastries that immediately caught my attention. Everything looked carefully crafted and almost too pretty to eat. Even if you're not planning on ordering dessert, it's worth taking a look at the display because it's truly eye-catching. The café is also incredibly photogenic. There are plenty of aesthetic corners, cute décor elements, and picture-perfect spots throughout the space, making it great for Instagram photos. The combination of natural lighting and tasteful interior design creates a welcoming environment that's both stylish and comfortable. They also offer a 30% off student discount which is so generous! I appreciate the friendly service and letting me know about the discount :) Overall, this café is a great place to study, work remotely, catch up with friends, or simply unwind with a drink and dessert. Between the smooth jazz music, wide selection of beverages, beautiful cakes, Instagram-worthy interior, and generous student discount, it's definitely a spot I'll be returning to again.

They were all desserts. Very expensive desserts for their size. Mint Latte: I did not enjoy it. It had a floral chaser that lingered in my nose and haunted me even an hour later. So why 3 stars? The person I was with enjoyed it, so it's good for some people. Just not for me.

So this is more of a order a go spot, if they don't have enough chairs. It's clean and did smell like baked goods when you come in. The decoration is cute also. I didn't know what to order and so I ordered a Dacquiose with cream and strawberry jam since I've never had one before. The owner described it as a mix of a macaron and cream puff. It was an accurate description. Definitely great texture. Just a little too much cream for my taste due to the sweetness. It was like a butter like cream, and it was sweet. I also got their chocolate chip cookie which was thick. It tasted very similar to a scone and not really like a buttery, crunchy/chewy texture of chocolate chip cookie that I like. A bit bummed that neither dessert wasn't something I liked. Also they don't have any drinks, which is also a bummer because milk or coffee would have gone great with the desserts. I'll probably come back and try something different, but for now either of what I tried really hit. However it's still worthy checking it out, because it might not have been my kind of taste of baked good, but could be for someone else.

And pairing it with the viral, ultra-trendy Dubai chocolate cake? Pure genius. That crunchy pistachio kataifi filling is an absolute game-changer! Who doesn't love Paris? Who isn't a fan of baguettes? And when you think of a great bakery, Parisian treats come to mind. Similar to 85 Degrees in layout and business model (grab room temperature sweets and savories what you want from cases), and coffee, cakes, slices in refrigerated cases. PB also has an extensive drink list made to order. However unlike 85 Degrees, nothing is restocked after opening. I came around 5pm on Sunday. The baked food cases were more than half empty gone. Same for most of baked goods along back wall, including cookies and bread. Their baguettes seemed fresh but lacked enough crunch that I like. PB also has prepackaged meals - sandwiches and wraps. Starting at $9, I'm not taking a risk buying potentially a mediocre meal given my dissatisfaction with the pastries. They have fancy sweets like Dubai Chocolate Mochi Donuts, and Orange Cronut. Raspberry Nutella Round Croissant. You've seen them, shaped like wheels. Mine tasted a day old. The raspberry filling was too sweet and thick. (Artificial) Crab Cake - Big with good crunch but tasted much better the first time I had it. Mixed with veggies. Almond croissant- An example of deceptively good appearance. While flaky, it didn't taste buttery or light and airy. And the almond filling just tasted sweet. No trace of almond. The space is big and pretty cozy. Tables outsides on both sides of the business. Kudos for having both customer and pick up parking spaces. I'm willing to give them one more try. My sweet tooth wants to think they sell a few good items.

Compared to others, it's pretty much similar in sizes with a lot that I've been too. They do have a decent amount of tables right in the middle of the cafe. I don't know if they ever have outdoor seating as there's spots but no tables were out when I arrived. But it still pretty decent. Right when you walk in, to the left is where the trays and things are for the pastries. Along the left wall is the counters and displays of the pastries. Glass counters along the wall and once you get closer to the front, there's the fridge with more pastries. Right in-front straight to the back of the place is where the register is as well as the whole cakes and cake slices. In the middle of the place is where the tables are. I arrived around 4 in the afternoon and there was still a good amount of pastries. I'm not sure how often the cases get refilled or how often throughout the day it gets filled. What they did have was quite nice. Pricewise, it somewhat reasonable with some items pretty pricey for what they were. But it's a given for sweets nowadays. The whole cake displays were quite nice. I've had a few before and price wise it was decent. Also, their cake slices were good. I did pick up a good selection of the pastries, a lot of fruit one. And a couple slices of cakes. Everything came up to short of 65.00 for the order. Tastes test. After picking them up, we didn't actually have them until a couple of hours later. Even room temperature which I prefer, they were a great. The cream was soft and pastries weren't soggy. Cakes still were moist and flavorful. Also, the biggest issue with pastries, the fruits tends to be soggy but these were still tasty and not mushy. That's a major plus when it comes to a lot of the tarts, it was still nice. I'm pretty happy with all the choices and they were great.
