My fiancé's family & I have came here many times and always enjoyed it. Most recently we came here earlier this evening around 7pm on Sunday night, and were the only car in the drive through line. I got the Oreo cookie ice cream in a waffle cone with rainbow sprinkles, and it was awesome. My fiancé got the sundae which was delicious as well, and the hot fudge was on point. 5/5 in my book. I visit late night for a quick sweet snack and upon finishing up my order the cashier told me that they were closing up inside at 9:45 (meaning seats were being put away). I noticed a nice family enjoying their ice cream while she told me this. I then asked why are you saying this when yall close for 10pm. Horrible customer service. I get that you want to leave early but don't share your frustration with your customers. Beyond rude and disrespectful. I sat and ate my ice cream while watching three young ladies chit chat on their headsets about my concerns. Will never go to this location again. Targeted. Disappointed and disrespected. Me and my husband have come here twice and we love it! We always forget that it's just right down the road from our house. They have many different options of ice cream, even sandwiches and dipped bananas which I thought was lovely!! They have great waffle cones/bowls. I did try the chocolate covered bowl and wasn't really impressed. Idk if the chocolate was old or it was just the brand of chocolate that was used but it definitely didn't enhance the waffle bowl. On Thursday, my husband and I went into the BR in Summerwood to place an order for a custom ice cream cake for our sons birthday. Cake to be picked up at noon on Sunday. We paid in advance and at noon on Sunday, I went in to pick it up. The staff at the front checked the fridge and then talked to the manager and then came back to ask me if I knew the design of the cake. I gave her the receipt to review and asked if it was not ready. The manager came out and told me that it is not ready and I would need to wait until after 1pm, when she finished the one she was working on. I told her that was unacceptable since I already paid and set the time based on my sons party (which starts at 1pm). She said pick up time is always after 1pm and that she called me yesterday to let me know. I told her that she needs to tell her staff of this timing because they circled noon and I pulled out my phone and also said that I did NOT receive a phone call OR miss a call yesterday. She said "if I could take a picture of myself calling I would, I did call you." Again... she did not. No call, no message, no text to inform me of a time other than the one I specified when ordering. I asked her for a solution - can she get it done fast while I wait. She said she was working on another one. I reminder her that I was the one standing there, not another client and we need a solution fast. She told me to go look in the case for another. The younger staff came over with me and asked if I wanted 2 different Father's Day cakes... I reminded her this was for a teen birthday (the grill and tie were not applicable). She told me to take 2 pizza cakes (basically cookie cakes) and I left. Not only was this HORRIBLE customer service (was dismissed and lied to) my son did not get the special, custom ordered cake we paid for. I went to the location in Summerwood (close to my home) in hopes of celebrating my daughters 11th birthday. Well the Manager on Duty was so rude to the point it ruined our night and we didn't even proceed with purchasing any ice cream. My daughter was so hurt and upset she cried when she got in the car. This lady should be FIRED! Her customer service was horrific and she should not be allowed to work there. I did email the corporate office and they responded extremely quickly and professionally so I hope they handle this issue because me and my kids LOVE Baskin Robbins. But I will definitely never visit this location again! If I could give it zero stars I would read more

The service at this location is the worst service by far that I have ever received. I have been living in the neighborhood of summerwood for 10 years and every since this Baskin Robbins location has been in my neighborhood for the past two years. It has been nothing but teenage young ladies, working there that are very unprofessional untrained and very horrible customer service, on last night was the second time that I have had a back-and-forth battle with a rude child going back-and-forth arguing with me and my fiancé arguing going back-and-forth when we come inside in the drive-through and then they want to refuse service when they are in the wrong and being rude and disrespectful to customers they need better management and a better owner our team lead because every time when something happens they think that they have the right to refuse service and say over the owner said it was OK Please help this location be improved or removed from this side of town. read more
