I also appreciate that they offer DoorDash delivery, which has definitely come in handy when an ice cream craving strikes! The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and happy to help with recommendations when I am trying to decide on a flavor. My only disappointment is that they do not offer any sugar free options. My husband is diabetic, so it would be wonderful to have something he could enjoy as well. Other than that, Handel's is fantastic and always a treat!

I heard her co-worker say her name when completing my order. Anyways, my reason for mentioning this girl is the way she carried her professionalism and leadership, I would've thought she was the manager if she didn't look like a teenager. She had so much knowledge about the store, and was so helpful when figuring out which flavor I should get out of the many flavors the store offers. I felt very welcomed; GREAT EXPERIENCE for this visit! I'd love for the girls working that day to be praised for their friendliness! Now I come to the reason for my 4 star rating. I came again with my grandchildren another day, and Symone wasn't working. I felt completely disregarded and like an intruder. All of the kids working were busy in conversation with one another that when I came in I believe I saw an eye roll by one of the employees (One even walked to the back of the store) . I wish that all the employees would be as nice as the girl that took my order the first time or my rating would be 5 stars. If you are reading this, just be aware that some of these workers are very rude. Great ice cream though!

The nice guy working handed me a sample size cup so I could try out a flavor that I thought could either be amazing or a total disaster. Turned out that caramel pretzel was the most delicious combination of sweet and salty that I've ever had in a fro-yo. Topping it off with peanut butter cups and chocolate chips made it all the much sweeter. We were in there around 2 pm on a Wednesday, so it was pretty empty and very clean. I've heard it can get overrun in the evenings, so be prepared for a crowd if you go at peak times. And by all means, get adventurous in your flavor combinations!

Staff were friendly and asked us if we wanted to try some of their ice cream flavors before we ordered, which we took them up on. My wife enjoyed her slush (it was pretty large, too) and I enjoyed my filter coffee flavored ice cream. While their website states they are "one of India's foremost ice cream manufacturers" - and they do have flavors with a distinct Indian flair - they have several familiar classic American flavors too. Along with indoor seating, there are tables with umbrellas outside - that came in particularly clutch on a scorcher out there today. They have a few different "buy this get that for free" placards along the counter but we didn't select any of those on this visit. There are certainly some interesting/new ice cream flavors I will need to sample the next time we come in. All in all, we were pleased with our maiden visit and look forward to returning in the near.
