I have some appreciation for this place. I really needed somewhere to duck in and do a final for a class online. I walked in and saw the third from the last booth has an outlet. Score. I figure I won't be a jerk, so i order a cola. The girl behind the counter was super sweet. I sit down - no wifi. I asked the young lady, she said they do not. I pulled out my computer and searched. Floyd's next door reached over there, and it worked for the whole 2.5 hours! Victory! I enjoyed my stay here, though I don't eat sweets. Friendly staff, lots of choices, stolen wifi and a plug by booth 3. read more

If you read the 1-star reviews from last year and even two years ago, it feels like nothing has changed--unless you count consistency as a win. The conditions are still unsanitary, the ice cream still comes with complimentary ice chips, and the flavor selection is... well, let's just say "abundance" isn't the word that comes to mind. read more

Always super yummy! I recommend anything with the dipped cones!! Milkshakes are good too!

Best ice cream in town. Best service. I love all the flavors but my best one is cherry jubilee. The ambiance is casual. Prices are better than other baskin places. read more

My bf and I came in around 7ish we were craving a milkshake and it was a bit busy. I'm sure no one wants to be making milkshakes close to the end of their shift but we were so thrilled that Cate went ahead and made it regardless. She was working on a doordash order and ours as well as trying to assist others that continued to walk in. I felt even more grateful when we asked her to add a scoop of ice cream. We could tell she was ready to help others but still she got everything we asked. Thank you Cate for being there and for your hard work we appreciated you this Sunday night you helped fix our cravings. read more

Wow this place. Of course the ice cream is yummy and the kid working the back was nice but the place is soooo filthy. It's so gross and dirty. The windows out front are so dirty you can barely see. I'm surprised this place is still open honestly. read more

Terrible service and unsanitary conditions. The place has serious health care concerns with visible areas of mold and dirty, clogged filters laying out in the customers view. Similar to the other reviews, they flat out act ignorant when approached about honoring promotions such as T-Mobile Tuesdays and do not accept them. Rather they lie to you that it's a carrier issue. The girl in the back was on her phone and yelling at the customers and yelling at the one other employee who was actually trying to service the customers. One would think I am just making this up, but feel free to take a look at the photos as well as other reviews from the last few months. I was truly appalled and not expecting this type of experience in a very pleasant Flower Mound community. read more

So dirty inside, walls, floors, and containers. Ordered a cake days ago and it wasn't ready when I came to pick it up. They had to clean around the cake- dirtiest tray the cake was presented on. Pricey for that kind of product. Better taste good. read more

the service was great she came right away when we were ordering and the ice cream was pretty good it just taste like normal ice cream Maby a little more softer. The ambiance was great I loved the decorations read more

The ice cream tasted great. The service was amazing. Shout out to Kate (our server). She was very polite and kind.

We had a great experience! My family was greeted by Madalyn and she helped us with our order, allowing us to try a couple flavors. And then she also made a great suggestion- Reese's layered sundae! You won't be disappointed. read more

Never had a problem here. The ice cream is usually well stocked and scraped so it is fresh. The cake, pre-packed, and treats case is stocked. The employees are pleasant enough. It is 10,000% better than the location on Justin Rd. a few miles away. read more

Showed up at 9pm and both workers were friendly and happy. The sample size they gave my daughter was actually a good size not just a small dot. The ice cream was perfect portion size, a two scoop was almost too much for me to eat. Almost. I would recommend this location. My favorite was the pumpkin cheesecake. read more

I ordered a birthday cake for my daughter's birthday on the phone. The person I talked to said it would be $35. When I came to pick up the cake, they charged me $50 despite the order form stating it was $35. The poor worker had to call the owner to talk to me on the phone where she told me they were a small business and that they rush delivered the decorations for me and the person that took my order didn't normally work in the bakery department. My issue is that if you're not going to train your employees thoroughly then you need to honor the price on the orders. read more

Went in to pick up an ice cream cake to treat myself for my birthday... I selected a pre-made vanilla cake with pralines and cream ice cream... yum! 3 hours later, I cut into to find what appeared to be pistachio ice cream!?! Yuck. My littlest spit it out... the rest of us decided to pass on cake and ice cream. Super disappointing. read more

I came to this location to get gift cards for Valentine's Day. Since I had my children with me, they ordered ice cream. Ok, so did I. Who doesn't love some ice cream? The ice cream was fine and service was okay but not speedy. At the register the employee told me since there were no gift cards on the counter that they must be out. He didn't look around and I guess there was no one else there to ask. I asked when he might have some, since i needed to mail them before Valentine's Day. He said he didn't know. There was clearly no concern about finding an answer, which was off putting. read more

Rather than raise prices, the staff is scooping smaller sizes. I ordered a brownie sundae. In the past, a large size cup would be used. When an employee grabbed a medium-sized cup, her coworker was puzzled. When he questioned her choice of cup size, she responded that she would be getting two small scoops of ice cream and not two regular-sized scoops. When I questioned the decision, I was told it's the same sundae but in a smaller cup. Years ago, I had a brownie sundae accidentally served in a medium-sized cup. The cup was too small for the two regular scoops of ice cream and the brownie. Today, the staff scooped smaller sizes of the ice cream as everything fit inside the cup. read more

If I could give it a zero, I would. I walked in at 8:30PM after specifically deciding to go to Baskin Robbins for a milkshake. After walking in, the employee (Syd) didn't even acknowledge customers coming in. Once we grabbed her attention she finally said "Let me know what you want" in a very monotone way. I asked for an Oreo milkshake and she turned to make it, then turned back and said "Is there anything else you want because I'm trying to close by myself and I need to wash the blenders so it'll be like ten minutes... I'll make it if you want it that bad but it'll take a long time" and when I let her know I really wanted that shake, she looked upset at me and turned and grabbed a perfectly accessible blender (which didn't take 10 minutes btw). I then watched her struggle to make the milkshake, almost as if she didn't know the measurements... Once I got the shake it tasted like pure milk. Normally, I'm laid back about these things but she had an attitude about coming in as she was "closing" but reminder, I came in at 8:30PM on the dot and the store doesn't close till 10PM. read more

31 Flavors always provides consistency in the ice cream world. Whether you're getting a couple scoops or buying an ice cream cake you can't go wrong! The ice cream cakes are a solid go to for birthdays as they're better prices than Dairy Queen and they have both cake and ice cream!!! The scoops can seem over priced when every now and then they can give you scoops that are a little light, but more often than not they're very friendly while allowing you to sample... it's always nice to try the flavor of the month! I can't speak for the smoothies or shake beverages but hear they're good! read more

Fb has a buy one sundae get one free. I order two hot fudge, and show fb add. Clerk scans a bygo 99 cents coupon. She tells me it's the same and I tell her no it's not. Who doesn't love ice cream? I can assure you, I ADORE it. This Baskin Robbins is a great place to get a scoop of ice cream, a sundae, a split, and shake, a ice cream cake and more! Tons of flavor combinations. Free samples. Plenty of seating. Well lit parking lot, but it can get rather full with so many businesses in one little strip. Overall its like any other Baskin Robbins i have ever been to. Nice with reliable ice cream quality but nothing out of the norm special from other locations of this chain. read more

Here we go I am starting to think I am a sucker for deals! Wednesday they have BOGO 2 scoop sundaes which is really good so it makes it around $4.50 for 2, not bad right? Anyways the shop is small but cute and very clean. While I was there the manager or owner I can only assume saw me looking at their ice cream cakes and told me that if I ever wanted one I could have them made in any of the 32 flavors they served, nice right? (I am thinking I need a chocolate chip cookie dough cake!) any who after he was done explaining about how the cakes are made he thanked me for coming in. I took a seat to eat my ice cream and noticed as I was sitting him looking at the floor and at times getting on his hands and knees to clean and I can appreciate the detail he was taking to clean his store. read more

I can't believe we never went to this BR before! It was great! The staff was, although all very young, was patient with all my kids looking at and testing flavors. Very angry with Baskins Robbins. I ordered AND Paid for a ice cream cake for SuperBowl Sunday on Saturday. Informed them I would be there prior to 1pm. I show up on Sunday and the cake was not ready nor would it be ready soon. They told me it would be ready at 6:45pm. Which was a joke. They did nothing to ease the inconvenience and time they cause me. I will never go there again and I will spread the word. Please note the young lady that was working did what she could- she called her manager but the Manager response was an "oh well" attitude. I'm done!!! Customer Service is key and the Manager did nothing to ease my frustration. read more

I checked through google to see what time they close which showed 11pm. I get there at 9:52 and they were closed. I saw the business hours and it says they close at 10pm but still!! Until today, I have always loved this Baskin Robbins. Every time I come home from college, I look forward to an ice cream trip with my family. Unfortunately, my college town does not have a BR, so the only time I get to have BR is back home in Flower Mound. Today, however, when my family and I took our routine trip to get a late night dessert, we were appalled to find the store had closed 20 minutes early! To make matters worse, when we knocked on the locked door to get the attention of the workers inside, they looked at us, made eye contact, turned out the store's lights and walked away. This is horrible customer service. We will no longer be continuing our tradition at Baskin Robbins but will bring our business to Marble Slab right down the street. read more

We had such an amazing experience at this Baskin Robbins that I just had to write a review...my first one ever. My family arrived at BR when the owner Greg Cox was literally getting in his car to go home. It closed earlier than we expected and he could see our disappointment when we told him we were wanting to use a gift card that our son received. He went back and unlocked the store and personally scooped ice cream for all of us and to top it off he then didn't even charge us or make us use our gift card!!! How incredibly impressive is that? He shared with us (instead of rushing us out to get home) of how he left the corporate world and followed his dream as a small business owner! With customer service like that...he will certainly succeed!! Kudos Greg Cox!!! read more
