I wish these restaurants would hire folks who LIKE people! I ordered a pint of Vanilla ice cream on Saturday night. The young kid or Gen X with the blonde toupe hair with black on the bottom was working the drive through and boy did he have an ATTITUDE! He asked me 3 times to repeat a Vanilla pint order. The last time I stated, "I think I've ordered "clearly" twice, that should be enough." Then I heard him say, "What?" Then he left the window, came back and stated drive forward. To my horror, when I got home eat my ice cream, it looked like Vanilla but out of malice, he gave me pineapple ice cream! I started to spit out Pineapple pieces, what a mean spirited, dirty person who should not be working with the public. These vindictive, narcissistic types turn into criminals or losers in society! A kid or young man like this needs to be fired because if I was allergic to pineapples and had an anaphylactic attack , Baskin Robbins would have a lawsuit on their hands. read more

Waited 10 minutes at the drive thru speaker just for the employee to tell us "just a moment". As we waited we could see 4 employees inside laughing, talking and joking around meanwhile there was only one customer inside the store. Twenty minutes after that we FINALLY were able to order, we then pull up to the window and had to wait an additional 20 minutes to get our order which was completely wrong. When I made the employee aware I was given attitude and had to wait an additional 10 minutes just to get the right order. It shouldn't take an hour to get simple scoops of ice cream. How embarrassing to have employees that simply don't care about customers. I will gladly take my business elsewhere. read more

I ordered a 3 scoop sundae with strawberry topping the guy gave me my order (which he asked for my receipt 3 times before I even got my order) and said they ran out of strawberry so instead of asking if I wanted something else he gave me just 3 scoops of ice cream with whipped cream and nuts I said I didn't want it since there was no strawberries he looked at it and said "well there's a little at the bottom" I said no I want my money back he said he would have to call his manager so he did and he said it would have to go back to my debit card which it would take 3-4 business days I told him no that is unacceptable I want the cash he said "no" I said for him to call his manager back and again he said "no" so again I said to call his manager back and he said he wasn't going to do that and if I wanted to talk to his manager that I can come back the next day. As soon as we arrived the line was wrapped around the entire parking lot...my friend ordered a one scoop sundae she wants vanilla for her flavor and the girl says "let me check if I have enough" she confirmed and said they ran out of hot fudge but offered chocolate syrup instead. Once I ordered my flavor they were out of all three flavors so I just ended up getting a scoop of mint ... they charged us $9 in total for the saddest ice cream I have ever seen! This place has horrible customer service. We went Sunday, 2/27 @ 7:00 pm. We walked in and they did not acknowledge us at all. We waited for about 10 minutes until an employee decided to acknowledge us. Mind you they had 4 employees. I ordered a milk shake and 3 scoop Sunday. The milk was not all the way to the top and all watered down. The guy told me the ice cream was really frozen. My sundae was just standing there for 15 minutes while he was making the milkshake. As for my sundae, I had to tell him to add the whip cream and almonds because he wasn't going to. Never again will I go there! They're horrible!! I ended up cancelling everything. read more

The ice cream here is good, but the service is terrible. I got sent a coupon specifically from this store just for them to say they didn't take it... when I got it sent from them specifically. When I told them this, I then had to wait for them to get their manager on the phone so that they could explain it to them. Previous to this, I tried using a T-Mobile Tuesday coupon, but after I paid, I noticed they didn't apply the coupon. I asked and she said she saw it didn't go through, but it was too late and there was nothing they could do... but she still let me pay without telling me? I was in drive thru on June 27 at 940, there were at least 10 cars in front of me. I decided to stay and see if they were going to take all the cars.
