This way, I could pay for what I wanted, not like the old way with the minimum of one scoop of ice cream. My froyo cup was not too sweet and it tasted good. The two young men who managed the store that evening were friendly. They took turns stationing at the counter. One of them always had a smile on and answered my questions patiently. Several customers were being told they couldn't order despite the business still being open according to the posted hours. What was most frustrating was the lack of customer service. Instead of politely explaining the situation or apologizing, the staff came across as rude and dismissive. If you plan to stop serving 30 minutes before closing, your hours should reflect that so customers don't waste their time driving over. Closing early is one thing, but being unfriendly to customers about it is another. Unfortunately, this experience left a very negative impression.
