WARNING to all: icecream cakes, pies, and polar pizzas!! The Baskin website WILL allow you to order today these desserts - from this store and maybe other stores? - but this store doesn't even make any of them. They won't tell you that tho. They will send you "Congrats on your polar pizza! It will be ready on Saturday at 11AM" receipt and they'll take your $$ - then you'll send your husband - gas and time wasted- to get it and it is THEN you'll find that they've got no dessert for your event and no alternative. Weird business model, right? That's not all... then they'll tell u they can't refund you at the store - you'll have to contact the webpage. When you do, some unhelpful "guest services ambassador" - named Karen M. in my case, you cannot make that up- will tell you that you've already BEEN refunded. When you tell her that you were NOT, she'll make you an appointment to RETURN to the store to meet WITH the Branch Manager to review CAMERAS to be sure you weren't refunded. And when you DO take her up on that offer - and drive over there AGAIN, he doesn't show up to speak with you. Some Dunkin manager/employee - will be asked to refund you FINALLY the meager 26$ that they NEVER should have charged you for the item they could never make. And when you ask if they are going to fix the website so this doesn't happen again- he tells you he has no control over that and sends you on your way, apologizing only that you had to come back for the refund. Not a free coffee, not a "we are buttheads... nothing. So, when you write to Karen to see if you can find out why Baskin is still allowing people to fraudulently order and pay for desserts they won't/don't make- she tells you she'll let the branch manager know. The same one who was too chicken to face me at the store? So, buyer beware. You'll be on a shenanigans scavenger hunt for your 26$ if you order anything online and try and get it from the Downingtown store on Uwchlan Ave. and if you look at other posts/ this has been happening for at least a year. Baskin living up to ROBBINsome people who aren't as stubborn as me to get their money back. Beware y'all. read more

went to Baskin robbins an hour before they close....it was closed at least adjust the hours on maps before people waste gas to go there, perhaps its the employees closing early. read more

Located in uwchlan Ave between Exton and Downingtown, this Baskin Robbins is inside or shares space with Dunkin. They got a lot of flavors of ice cream. Also, they got cake to order or select from. Nice place worth trying. Also, they do have indoor and outdoor seating. read more

This BR store is an absolute disaster and is not worthy of your business. You were not able to track down mint chocolate chip ice cream during the two weeks since I placed my cake order?? So no cake was prepared at all?? and you failed to communicate both of these complete failures prior to my scheduled pickup?? What a hot mess - if you are looking for a nice birthday treat, I strongly suggest you look elsewhere. Also, the person answering the phone number listed for this business claims to have no affiliation with BR, while the store says that's the owner's contact info. Not surprising I guess - I wouldn't want to be associated with this dismal failure of a business either. read more

Does anyone know when they actually close? It's just 6:40pm and I'm standing outside after driving ten minutes out of my way to be here, and it's closed. Nothing on any website to show their actual closing time. That's really poor business practice. Several other customers showed up at same time as me - one was a kid! Doors locked. To update this review a few years later, I'm adding more stars. This staff and management has undergone some changes and are very accommodating today. // My kids and I get shakes here every Monday. Well, I should really say that we attempt to get shakes here. 75% of the time we go, they are out of Oreo cookie ice cream. For an ice cream place, this is absolutely unacceptable. In contrast, Dairy Queen has NEVER been out of this flavor when we go as our backup. One month, they didn't have Oreo ice cream because: week 1- the ice cream was frozen (wait, what??); week 2- the freezers were broken; week 3- they were all out (the most common answer). Whether they are constantly out of other flavors, I'm not sure- I just know that, when I take my kids here for a treat, we are constantly disappointed. It's unfortunate, because it's their favorite ice cream and they want to keep checking to see if the ice cream store ACTUALLY has their favorite flavor. Honestly, this whole scenario is freakin' bonkers man- it's insulting. And I haven't even begun to discuss their staff, who 9 times out of 10, they clearly HATE making shakes in general. "You're not going to force me to make a shake, are you?" actually came out of one person's mouth. Get your act together. read more

$8.02 for 2 cups of ice cream each with one tiny scoop. When the guy handed me the bag it was so light that I thought he forgot the second cup. I understand that businesses need to make a profit but their pricing is absurd. We live so close and yet we'll never go back again. read more

I wish I can say that I enjoyed something from this place but I can't. The website and Google say this place is suppose to close at 10pm but apparently they close whenever they want. I've heard people trying to come at 9pm and they were closed. I tried at 935pm on 3/11/2020 and the doors were locked and no one was taking drive thru orders. Two employees were cleaning up and ignored me and another customer. Worst place ever. read more

My daughter and I received exceptional customer service from Will! He is very funny and pleasant and also professional. What a wonderful place for ice cream or coffee and donuts- we will definitely visit again soon. read more

Rude staff, small portions, and very unprofessional. Nothing else to say. Will never return to this location.

It's hard for me to give this place less than a 3 since I've been eating at these for over 30years. It used to be 5 star all the way but the last 2 times I went to this place the portion (scoop) size has been around half of what it used to be. You pay $3-5 for a scoop or two of ice cream and the least they can do is train their employees to "hook it up" a little. It makes all the difference, and gives me that sugar rush I'm looking and not looking for lol! Go here if you are really craving it, but buy it at the Giant Supermarket down the street if you can, they have baskin Robbins there now and it's a better deal (although it's expensive there too). This is my favorite Dunkin Donuts to go to! The staff is usually very friendly, they are very quick at completing your order, and rarely mess it up. The atmosphere is very nice and the baskin Robbins also had a great selection of ice cream! read more
