This is the worst Dunkin location by far. Not only is the coffee gross and gives my stomach aches, I made the mistake of ordering a cake from here. We have been ordering cakes from other Dunkin's since I was a kid. It's nostalgic. I usually order from the one in Cummings, but this one came up on the website as the closest location to pick up from. I ordered a cake for my daughter's birthday over a week ago. They called me 30 mins before pickup to tell me it wouldn't be ready until til late afternoon. Luckily she wasn't having a party today. Otherwise it would have been ruined. No apologies. No sorries. Went to pick up the cake and asked for a refund due to not being how I wanted. They refused to give me back my money and told me to just take it and the manager will refund me THE FOLLOWING day. Omg if they have a 0 stars I'll give a 0. First time at this location. I ordered waffle jamoca ice cream. Jamoca almond was so soggy I was unable to finish it. So I took a bite out of the waffle, and WTF! It has this weird taste and smell, and it was also soggy it was like wet cardboard. So I asked my kids and they also said their cake cone was soggy. Anyways I took in my waffle cone with half full ice cream, the two workers asked "was it the waffle?" before I even said it. So they knew they had problem with waffle cones, all they said was just sorry, and I told them to trash it for me. I was actually wanting to get refund, but it looked like only two high school kids were working so I didn't want to make a scene. So I never had any issues. Most of the staff have all been friendly and ice cream scoops were good. Only thing might be keeping the tables clean. If management could keep up with straightening the tables chairs and sweep the floors on a regular bases, i think you would get more positive reviews and customers. read more

(The product on my order was different of the product that I selected) I called several times to the store in that moment but nobody answered. Next day...I talked with "Even" from the store location... He said that he cannot cancel the order or change the order. I know the impact a bad review can have, so I write this reluctantly. I've been here twice and each experience has not been pleasant and it's really all about the service. The first time, my bf and I stopped in for coffee and donuts. The staff barely acknowledged us in line, filled our orders incorrectly, and wasn't apologetic. The second time, we brought my kids for ice cream. There were 5 workers behind the counter working the drive-thru, donut counter, and ice cream counter. There were a total of 8 customers inside, two of which were in line before us. It took 12 minutes for any worker to even acknowledge that we were there, and then it was a young kid who said he'd be with us shortly. We weren't served our food and checked out for almost a half an hour. I would have never waited so long, especially without acknowledgement except it was my daughter's birthday and she really wanted that treat. It takes 10 seconds to say "hi there, be with you in a sec..." Do it!!! I won't be returning here due to poor service. Golden rule - treat people how you want to be treated. read more

Worst location, often out of flavors (and I mean a lot of them), and just horrible. Sooooo not worth it!

I have been a lifelong Baskin Robbins fan and will continue to be, but I will never again visit this location. The manager/owner is extremely rude and disrespectful. We essentially had $40 STOLEN from us, as we ordered a cake online from this location. Were charged and then were told the order was "lost" then later told it was picked up by someone else (not us) and were denied a refund. Had to drive an extra hour to get to the next closest Baskin Robbins because we very much NEEDED the cake! This location is a disgrace to the good BR name. :( read more

If I could give this location no stars I would. The customer service was non existent the staff was either new or had lack of training. The management was not around or not paying attention. The store was not stocked with napkins. Employees that have been there awhile were rude. I stood to pay for my melting ice cream for about 10 minutes.
