absolutely horrible service. we have been going to this location for years and unfortunately will not be back after this experience. this employee named ellie(got her name from the receipt) left my mother waiting for over 15 minutes, and then told her she couldn't order the ice cream cause it was "too frozen" and slammed the screen on her. i'm sorry but if you're an ice cream shop how the hell is your ice cream too frozen and coincidentally all three flavors she wanted were "too frozen" and she didn't offer any other flavors for her. she also made her feel bad for simply wanting to order ice cream in the first place. once my mom started recording to prove this behavior happened, she called her a bitch. not to be a karen but this is just unacceptable. just seems like this girl was mad she had to do her job lmao. read more
