The iced coffee was served without any option for cream, and the coffee had a noticeably stale, old taste that made it very difficult to enjoy. The drinks were essentially not salvageable, which was disappointing considering coffee was the primary reason for our visit. I'm hoping the café will take this as constructive feedback and consider reviewing the quality and freshness of their coffee. The atmosphere and service have potential, but the actual product needs significant improvement to make the experience worth the price.

I don't remember what I got, but I remember it was hot and it was delicious. It was one of their Christmas time flavors. I asked them about sweetness levels, and they helped me identify the perfectly level of sweetness for me. I enjoyed that coffee all throughout my walk to the bus stop and for many stops of the hop-on-hop-off tour that morning. I was very pleased, and I would recommend this place to anyone.
