Another great addition to (BGC) Bonifacio Global City's many excellent restaurants. This elegantly furnished restaurant is no slouch in the "it looks good, so it must be good" department, which a lot of restaurants concentrate on. Basil serves delicious dishes that surprised our hungry palates.
Tom Yum Soup (350 PHP)
This soup is filled with seafood enough for 5-6 people and being foodies we ate everything. Served on steamed boat to keep it steaming hot. Spices provide a strong flavours, carefully not tearing towards just being spicy.
Chicken Green Curry (325 PHP)
Green is good! A lightly spiced curry that hided the many chicken bits, honestly I thought this was going to be predominantly curry, but actually a lot more chicken, so explains its name "Chicken" Green Curry, emphasis on the chicken. This is a dish I would order again on my next visit.
Pork Ribs with Honey (295 PHP)
Tender meaty cuts of pork ribs lightly glazed with honey to a palatable degree of sweetness. I had to our order this simply because of the "honey" label. For the most part satisfying, but not exactly the best.
Service was accordingly coordinated, they're there when you need them feeling, for the most part all was delivered. Water refilled and utensil all ready, a simple task that is easily overseen by other restaurants.
Ambiance is calmly lit to appear sophisticated, while the furnishings are more casual in nature. The hard wood seats are surprisingly comfy with its bottom shaped seat. read more
