Cut remote starter with pieces missing!

Your service department on Union road told me my car starter was draining my battery and they had to remove it! After several calls to get my starter back I received it with all the wires cut! I was charged 240$ to remove it only for them to cut all the wires on a working remote starter! No apologies and no refund for my working remote starter! There was no reason to do this! This is how business is done at Basil Ford! Pay me for my starter!

I am so satisfied with the work, Basil Ford collision center did for me. The customer service representatives, went above and beyond to make my experience a pleasant one. Its very rare to see every staff member willing to help you, and treat you so well. I was also impressed how fast the turn around was for the repairs. Again, I am so satisfied with the work I had done here. I have no problem returning for any other future repairs.

All persons involved (whether in sales or finance departments) clearly listened to and immediately accepted my preferences. For example, when I declined "added warranties" there was never any attempt to upsell me in this - or any other - regard at any stage in the sales process. My sales representative, Mr. Tyler Stevens, was very professional and helpful throughout and seems a genuinely friendly young man. He promptly communicated with me when how and when I wanted (e-mail; the by phone; and lastly in person). He was also very accommodating to my preferred schedule. Highly, highly recommended. I made inquiries at almost two dozen GM dealerships within a 100 mile radius and - in the end - actually received the best overall sales price [essentially tied with just one other] from this dealership as well.

Ive been coming here for years and they always have some type of game…read more They forget to top my fluids They forget to change the settings after they do my oil change They wait to tell you something is wrong with your car till it's worse He brought the car part out to me as if I'm going to fix it how embarrassing idk anything about cars yes he's trying to explain it but did he have to bring the part to me in the waiting room. Why have I been here multiple times for other things how did they not see this part i needed before? Idk don't get me started on Dave They are not friendly and I see multiple reviews saying that so where is the rectification ? Idk
