After my haircut I got bombarded with calls and texts. (I needed to give her a selfie, is the necklace in the shop mine, etc..) When I finish with a haircut that's what I'm there for - only a haircut. That's it. I blocked her # and now I've had other women from the shop show up on my FB account. I'm not coming back to Allure, I got gaslit by someone I don't even know.

The first lady looked at her and said she could't take it asked two others and the looked at her and said they didn't want to it would take too long and they were tired they didn't have anything available. and were very rude and dismissive. My daughter came out crying!!! We are latin by the way. My daughter suffers from high anxiety and is on the spectrum. just going to ask for an appointment was hard enough. Being treated in such a crapy manner was not ok. I was furious I did go on line and they had plenty of appointments available. So not sure what the issue was. This ladies don't need any more costumers. She was only asking to book an appointment by the way. I never leave bad reviews but this place needs to work on their customer service.

She is listed as a Level I Stylist on the website but I had a good feeling about her. She immediately understood what I was trying to accomplish with my hair. I have curly/wavy hair and I like to wear it curly or blown out sometimes and it has been hard to find someone here who could create the style I wanted. I've even gone as far as to get my haircut on long layovers with my previous stylist in AZ! Cydney totally exceeded my expectations. She had the most gentle energy about her and knew what I was trying to say immediately. I finally feel like myself again! I am so grateful that I finally found someone who "gets it". The only reason I didn't give 5 starts is because some of the other stylists were talking some smack about other customers which always makes me wonder what they could be saying about me when I am not there but Cydney didn't participate in it and that earned her even more respect in my eyes. Can't wait to see her again for my next cut!

Due to COVID, they are limiting the amount of people who can be in the salon at the same time, everyone wears masks, stations are spread out, and they have clear shower curtains hanging between stations for extra precaution. I have been going there for several years and am always impressed with the manner in which they treat all their customers- especially good with older people like me. The lady that called them crooks is terribly mistaken. Try losing a gift certificate for any business and then call them on the phone to see if they will honor the missing item. If this lady had simply brought her Aunt into the shop and told them what happened, I am certain they would have accommodated her. They are honest people just trying to make a living by providing outstanding service- especially to older clients. They are gentle, respectful, and kind. She called them "Malaysian" and said they spoke rudely to her. Did not happen. She needs to go into their shop and explain what happened- not talk to them on the phone as they do not always understand our language.
