When I called in the morning for a time when I could pick them up, due to my drive, was told end of day or maybe the next. PAIN meds...you don't get pain meds and steroids if you aren't in pain. This was on Monday. Raised a fit and they got them done, picked them up, drove home to find a box of meds with a 21 pill count had only 2 pills. When I called, they asked me how it happened like I work in the pharmacy. Finally got a pharmacist to help, promised me the missing rx would ship FedEx that day so I'd have them yesterday. Not great, but manageable. Fast forward to Wednesday and still no rx delivered. When I called I was bounced from the pharmacy, to photo, to the pharmacy, to the front counter, back to the pharmacy where they hung up on me. Called back, finally got them in the pharmacy, sat on hold 12 minutes and the call dropped. I called back, FINALLY got a human again, but no clue where the rx was. I have to call again tomorrow to ask a supervisor, not the pharmacy, my tracking number. When you are sick and in pain this is the absolute last thing you need. I didn't yell, ask for a manager or Karen in any way, but this is bs. If you can't do the job right, find another one! We have very few choices in Payson for meds, even fewer that take my insurance, but i shouldn't have to deal with incompetence when sick and in pain.

Not sure WHY the app would say they had something they did not other than to get people to come in anyway. Despite not having what I needed, they did attempt to sell me something else because it was 'close enough'. New flash: it wasn't. The poor cashier was riding solo on the floor... I felt for her. Not sure how many employees were hiding in the back, but there were at least 2 that I saw come out, but only when called. Disappointing all around.

I could see accidents taking place there, which we almost got into one because the guy was careless. Their driving aisles and parking aisles are a bit crazy.

Luckily when we switched insurance at the beginning of this 2025 and were able to choose Walmart instead it was a totally different and way better experience. Most of the time I've gone in, they fill one part, but not the other. I see this happening and tell them they need to fill the other part, too. No, they just ignore me, ring up the one part, make me wait until that's all done then I tell them AGAIN that they need to fill the other part. Argument ensues, then typing, hunting, talking to someone in charge. If I'm "lucky", I get "Please step aside and wait while we fill the prescription we screwed up and are, happily, wasting your time with." If I'm not "lucky", I get told that they don't want to bother and to come back another day! Oh, and GoodRX. Pharmacist: "Wha? What's that?" Typing, typing, typing, talk to manager, typing, typing, typing. 20 mins later they manage to ring it up. I'm so angry when I get home, I get online to make a complaint and Walmart support says the case has been escalated and someone will talk to me. No one ever does and when I complain some more, I get useless platitudes from a script (yes, they're the exact same words) and told not to worry. Then I tell them to quit with the scripted platitudes, address the issue and I'll quit worrying when they start DOING something! Then they ignore me. I let them know I'd post review of their terrible pharmacy and terrible support. I keep my word.

Erica ended up as the pharmacist handling my prescription. I can't even tell you how much time she spent with me going over my labs and the recommendations; and on multiple occasions. When was the last time you got THAT kind of attention? What's even better? This compounded prescription ended up costing a fraction of what the major pharmaceutical company had been charging me. With what I saved, I had enough money to buy an island in the South Pacific. Clarks is my new 'go to' pharmacy for compound prescriptions.

Stopped by CVS Pharmacy while visiting from out of town, and overall had a solid experience…read more I called ahead, and the service over the phone was really good staff was helpful, friendly, and able to answer my questions quickly. When you're traveling, that kind of ease makes a big difference. They also had my medication in stock, which I really appreciated since I wasn't sure what to expect being away from home. Nothing over-the-top, but reliable, convenient, and good customer service when I needed it. Would definitely recommend if you're in the area and need a pharmacy.

The store was clean, organized and stocked. The only downside was the restroom wasn't working and that was a bit of a bummer but lesson learned not to have a large drink while driving to Sedona.
