Very happy with our experience renting from El Rosal for my birthday party this last weekend! It…read morewas a little hard to get ahold of them... one day, I tried numerous times and never had someone answer the phone. Another two times, I had called and someone who didn't speak English answered, but both times I was put on hold to get someone who did. I saw that this phone number actually goes to El Rosal Bakery, so I guess they are running bounce house rentals on the side? Who knows! I rented a bounce house from a different local company for the kids at my husband's birthday a few months ago, and it was $100 more expensive ($399 total), I could only have it set up for 2.5 hours (4pm - 6:30pm) due to the pick-up schedule for the driver that Saturday, AND most importantly to me... it *STANK*. I mean, these little 3 year olds reeked like a high school boys' locker room, so badly you could smell them as they ran by you. Terrible. The bounce house for El Rosal was reasonably priced, and was delivered the morning of our party. The guys who came were great to work with, AND they fully cleaned/sanitized the entire interior after setting it up for us... it didn't smell AT ALL the entire day! Worth it for that alone, I was so happy they did that! ANDDDD we got to keep the bounce house for an entire 24 hours, so the kids could play in it as long as they wanted that evening, with pickup the next morning. Communication was great via text for delivery and pickup. Highly impressed with the whole experience and would absolutely recommend them for kids entertainment for any party!

Everyone knows this place has the best tamales in town. So when I heard they rent bounce houses, I…read moreadmit I was skeptical at first. I read a review of a customer who had their bounce house canceled last minute and it worried me a bit. But, I wanted to give my kiddo a special 6th birthday and with all the expenses, a party requires, couldn't afford the prices that all the other bounce house places demanded so I went for it. I ordered over the phone and paid up front. I got a small bounce house (for my small space), two tables, and 25 chairs for my backyard party. I also went there and bought a piñata with a convenient stop at the dollar tree next door for all the party supplies (table covers, cups, plates, etc.). I couldn't have been happier with El Rosal's level of service, professionalism, and delivery. they even called the day before to make sure the timing was right for the party's start time. We even got to keep everything for 24 hours so my kiddo and I got some extra time in the bounce house, which was bonding and fun. The kids had a blast and I will definitely be ordering bounce houses exclusively from El Rosal in the future. The piñata was also a huge hit! Thank you for making a big ticket item like a bounce house accessible for the rest of us!

I used the Disney Train for a Minnie Mouse themed party and it was a HUGE hit. The kids had a blast, the train itself was clean and super cute. For the second party we used the basketball hoop and slide jumphouse and that was also a huge hit. We had kids from 2 years old to 8 years old jumping. I even tried out both and was happy with how clean and well kept they both were. We always have our parties at the park and both times set up and take down were easy and efficient. Customer service is very friendly and professional. With the last party, I called 5 days before party day and they worked with me and made sure we had a jumper. An idea for parents if you are looking to get your child a jumphouse; Birthday parties and presents can get expensive. On two different occasions my gift to my child has been a party with a jumphouse. You are buying an experience, not just a toy. We have so many toys and stuffies I don't know what to do with it all. All the kids were so excited and happy with the jumphouse, you don't have to think of much else for the party because the main focus is the jumphouse. If you are doing it at the park you do need a permit through the city, it's easy to get. I will always recommend Jumparty! And use them for future parties.

The positives: They showed up pretty much on time, listened and adjusted about how we wanted to be set up and we found the equipment to be in excellent working condition and was really fun for all the kids. The negatives: When I placed my order, there was only one snow cone machine available. I had to call three times to get confirmation and adjustment to my bill showing that my request was fulfilled. The driver gave us three gallon-sized syrups but no pump (which was what I was told to expect) which made it really hard to pour and then wanted the leftover syrup back (which I appreciate that it isn't wasted but would have liked to know this upfront rather than at pickup). Would have also love a drainage pipe/bucket so melting ice didn't drench our table from the holes on the machine. Overall, I'd use them again but would love if they ironed out these shortcomings to ensure a smoother process and event.
