The gal working behind the counter was friendly and my latte tasted excellent. The bathroom was very clean, and I'm glad they kept the thick, steel vault door as part of the decor as the building used to be a bank. That all ended this week! I finally got to come check this lovely establishment out, and we were blown away! My wife, one of our kids, and I all had equal reaction reactions when we stepped in. We all said something along the lines of. " this place is really nice and very inviting" It's housed in an old bank and they have done some great things with it. The vault is a small shop with a number of different local items available. The main seating area has wonderfully made tables, wood floors that are as nice as anything I've seen in a house, indeed, art, and decor on the wall is creative, warm and captures an essence that is perfectly and uniquely suited to the area. They have the expected vast array of caffeinated delights, a number of food options and even have local coffee, that is roasted on site, for sale. our orders came out quickly, and the staff was incredibly friendly. We have plenty of friends who are driving down here from Yakima on a regular basis. After getting a chance to try the place out, I can absolutely see why! This is literally a spot. We will stop every time. We are out this direction. Magnificent work creating an incredibly inviting space that serves up some delicious coffee!

There's a cool leather couch and a couple of armchairs to sit at too. Definitely a nice space to get some studying or work done. As far as their coffee goes I went with my go-to, a Cortado. It was served a little cold for my liking but that's okay. Overall super happy they opened up and we will definitely visit again.

It's got a great location just off the main street in downtown, and was quite a lovely little space. Very much designed for people to come in, spread out and converse, it was a very warm and inviting sort of spot. The coffee offerings have a definite, Mexican flare to them, and were very nice. They had standard offerings and then a number of specials on a sort of fresh sheet. They had plenty of coffee and Mexican culturally centric items for sale as well as some clothing. Nice stuff to look through and most would find something they enjoy! The pictures in the wall were as expected, until I saw a print that read "Excess in Moderation". I found out it's by an artist named Ravi Zupa and now it may be my favorite picture! Back to the coffee - The ladies working here were very friendly and everything came out quick. All in all, a really cool spot with a great local vibe and pizzazz running throughout! You should check it out.

While we were there on site we wanted to purchase some of their coffee drinks as well. I got their rendition of an iced London Fog drink. The Earl Grey aspect I haven't visited in a while and it was good to return to it. The coffee bean options they had were barrel aged red wine coffee beans and barrel aged white wine coffee beans. We got the white wine coffee beans. The flavor is very unique and something intriguing to wake up to in the morning.

Also, can we talk about the space? The interior has these really cool historical photos of the building, which made it feel meaningful and rooted--not just another trendy coffee shop. The flavor wheel is awesome and definitely displays how diverse and unique this delicious coffee is, but it doesn't help me out when I'm trying to figure out which blend is going to be the darkest or lightest. I've always liked the coffee either way, but would love to not guess. Lighter acidic coffees don't agree with me so it's wasted. I would purchase this coffee more frequently if it didn't feel like a guessing game for what kind of roast I'm gonna get.

Seems like they really drive you to buy the expensive flavored stuff and don't like people trying to order the basics. I ordered their Yukon Joe and asked for it in my cup, which they were happy to do. Drink came out quickly. I could really taste the flavor of the bourbon roasted beans.
