Anthony called to tell me that since my truck may have been outside in the rain, or parked near sprinklers, I could have received these results. He then told me that multiple vehicles had gone through after mine and are fine, and then accused me of trying to play him for a free wash. I never asked for my money back and he NEVER apologized. Paid several hundred dollars for the detail work but the car was dirty when i picked it up. The inside of all the doors hadn't been wiped down, there was visible wax left on the paint that hadn't been wiped off, pools of leather conditioner left on the seat I had to wipe off before I could sit down, leather conditioner over sprayed on the windows. When I pointed this out to the owner he LOST it. Screaming, blaming me, refused to fix the problem or give me my money back. Told me I'd have to pay MORE money and they would do it over. It was so bad, one of his employees apologized and asked if I was ok. His employees were kind but not super efficient and their "boss" was clearly not a good leader. The owner uses the fact that there are little other car wash options in the valley to take advantage of everyone. I've since heard of countless similar stories from this place and I will never go back.

I called Mario because the first round of ceramic we did on our vehicle at a different location/business left me underwhelmed. I also wanted to get our car super clean before winter. Mario walked me through pricing and pointed us towards a teflon coating (I believe it was the Icon Rocklear). I had not heard of teflon whatsoever and when I asked around about it, neither had any friends of mine. During the application process, Mario even texted pictures of the progress. Now after having it applied, I am 100% sold. The Rivian looks better than it did brand new and I feel way more confident with harsh mountain driving knowing it's well protected. If you don't want to drop an insane amount of $$$ getting an entire PPF wrap but also don't want to keep applying ceramic forever and having to maintain it, this is the direction I'd go.

The workers there were nice enough to send me back through and use their handheld pressure washers to do the job that the machine was supposed to do.
