IAfter having a leaking roof for about a year, and one small contractor who "fixed" the leak (which…read morelasted about 6 months), I decided to price out a new roof and two new skylights. I got three quotes and Manny's was about where I expected it to be. One was more and one was similar. I decided on Manny's because he seemed sincere and, surprisingly, he lived about 1/2 a mile from me. We had one day with sunshine recently and had a snow storm coming the next day so when he called and said he could do it that day I was thrilled. At 800am (as advised) two trucks showed up and I had 8 people on my roof scraping away the old. In at 800am, out by 500pm. They scraped, replaced the skylights, and re-roofed, then cleaned up. Outstanding work. All of the workers were great. I had questions during the work and someone was always available to answer them. None of them seemed to rush, it was get it done, and get it done right. We've had two snowstorms and a lot of rain and not one drop in the house. I can finally start sleeping better! I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND USING MANNY'S ROOFING.

Very disappointing and unprofessional experience…read more I contacted this roofer about a job and provided all the details he requested. He told me he would come by to look at the issue, but never showed up. He later quoted me for the job and said I would be contacted to get the work scheduled, but that never happened either. After waiting several days, I reached out again. He apologized and assured me they would come by that week to take care of the job. Once again, no one showed up and I received no further communication. I understand that contractors get busy and schedules change, but repeatedly making commitments and then failing to show up or communicate is unacceptable. I wasted a considerable amount of time waiting for a company that apparently had no intention of following through.

UPDATE 8/20/26 I'm…read morevery glad to update this review. Granite State Roofing is one of the most reliable businesses I've encountered. Long story short, the shingles that I chose continued to fail in a very sun-exposed area of my roof. That was my mistake: not going with the shingle recommended. Rob, the owner of this business, always responded promptly when a shingle failed (six times). Each time, he immediately responded via text and came that day to the house to make repairs. In the end--today--he brought his crew to my home and completely reshingled an entire section of my roof at no charge, refusing to share the cost with me. Please see my earlier review for additional details about my experience with Granite State Roofing. This kind of integrity is remarkable.
