They insisted I pick it up in person which, on a night shift, didn't work for me. Illinois law mandates that pay be mailed if requested in writing. I got my W-2 in January but even with help from my state rep and the Department of Labor, and the company didn't mail my pay until 2018. I wonder how many others who were less persistent, were BRAZENLY RIPPED OFF and EXPLOITED by this company.
