I got a call from Sandi a hispanic woman who asked me to come in to office asap to fill out app for…read morea clamp position. She had a position for me that was rotating schedule. I expressed great interest. There was a young hispanic girl applying at same time. I was told, they will submit background check and call me. The young girl on same day applying, was asked what she wanted to do and immediately. She said clamp or forklift. To my surprise she was put right to safety training videos. I was told i would be contacted. I kept following up. Apparently it took 8 days to run my BG. But they didn't call me. I had to call them to find out. So feeling that I got screwed on position on the day I walked in there, i didn't say anything. Sandi tells me when BG cleared during my follow up call on tues mid-afternoon. (It was submitted the week before on monday.) So I hear, "Your good it cleared. Ill submit you to client and you probably get an interview on thursday. But don't call us, we will call you." I knew I was right the fix was already in. So i wait til thursda anyway on this so called interview day. I send Ms. Sandi a text message, that "if this was not gonna go through, please just tell me so i can stop following up with you and getting no results." I get a call from Sandi at Crest hill office line immediately after text... "I already filled that position, I'm gonna send email to client, that if the person i sent you doesn't work out, I got another one (me) ready to go." I don't know about you, but I smell bullshit everywhere I look. Going further its typical with a lot of these staffing agencies. Its VIVA MEXICO first... JOE True American second.... Horrible waste of my time and effort. I would not recommend this agency to anyone, unless of course your hispanic.
