They all have a great sense of esthetics and make excellent recommendations for frame selection. The Zeiss lenses that they offer are optically excellent. They are great at fitting and adjusting glasses. Hopefully this will never happen, but the place where CNO shines is in problem resolution. They can help with the most difficult issues.
