Dr. Adam even said I'd have more of an arch after the surgery - um no!! Foot was ok for a couple years. After going back and being advised to wear the boot for a month, the solution he gave was to get orthotics! I did get those from a different doctor and my foot still hurts. My ankle hurts now and as well as my hip because of the lack of support and alignment. I will be going to Northwestern Medicine Orthopedics in the fall to have them correct their mistake. Looking so forward to being non-weight bearing for 3 months this time around..... Thanks for wasting my time and money, and causing me pain. I'd give zero stars if I could!

PT staff helpful, but only after having continued knee issues did I realize there was very little analysis or review of my personal situation, and those issues (I believe) not considered during surgery. Also information after surgery not as thorough as before surgery. Would have been nice to know what can or can't be done with replacement - like you're not supposed to run with knee replacement, can you kneel on the replacement, and what I was originally told " you will be able to return to normal activity in three months" can change to " it takes up to a year to heal" when the replacement does not go as expected. I still hold out hope with PT and working out, my knee issues will resolve. Plan on losing 3-6 months to a year of your life recovering before returning to normal activities. It's not an easy surgery.

Call again on Thursday and speak with someone, provided my CC # to them over the phone and was promised a final statement of $0 in the mail. Get a statement in the mail yesterday saying the balance was never paid. Call the office this morning, forwarded to another location and tells me they don't know what happened and the Schaumburg office is forwarding calls to them. No one can tell me who took my credit card and why it was never used to pay the bill. Can't get in contact with anyone with answers. I am beyond disgusted with these people. I also would like to know who has my Credit card info? Can't get a straight answer from anyone on their staff.
