Instead, a tote bag containing our PS5, controller, chargers, and headphones (about $700 in value) went missing and/or stolen. We were not allowed to inspect the truck before it left, and over the course of a month, their so-called internal investigation resulted in little to no communication and zero accountability. We had to continuously follow up, only to receive vague responses and no resolution.Management was dismissive throughout the entire process and finally responded saying we should've just purchased an insurance policy. We strongly advise against using this company. We have already filed a police report and will be filing a formal complaint with the BBB.
