The Brunch Sauvage's menu combines Polynesian-inspired cuisine with American favorites and creative twists, which immediately caught our attention. We decided to share two entrées: Duck Confit Benedict Duck confit served over crispy hash browns, topped with poached eggs, hollandaise, and chives. Brunch Scallion Pancake A savory scallion pancake topped with scrambled eggs, cheese, millionaire bacon, island sauce, and sweet Thai chili, served with a side of grits.
