They checked my boat as planned and determined I needed a new engine, that's was fast. That's wear it fell apart I asked them to price a replacement. Painfully but gladly planning on spending some money to save my holidays we were here for 3 weeks so I thought it was worth it. Never heard back from them, called them after the weekend they apologized and said they would get back to me.... Nothing. Called again they said they were having problems finding a motor, hmmmm. Took me 2 minutes on google to find one close oh and mercury would have shipped a new motor within days. All they had to say was we are too busy or we don't want to do that kind of work here. Don't waste your time if you have major work to be done or foolishly expect proper followup. Even if a salesman had contacted me with the bad news I might have bought a new boat at that moment wow !
