This whole office is a circus Dr Gesek has terrible bedside manners, he's rude to patients and staff seems like he's just mad at the world. The office itself is dirty and very old. I had to go back for a 2nd appointment to get my biopsy results on 2/20/24 the place was full of upset people who were in the waiting room well over and hour AFTER their scheduled appointments Before I leave I ask for a copy of my records and pathology report the woman tells me she can't give them to me I have to fill out a records release and give my email and she will email them to me within 72 hours. So I did that. I never received them so I called back on 2/26 and they tell me the woman who does them was on vacation but was back that day and I should have them by end of day. That didn't happen so I call back 2/29 and was told I would have them by the end of the day and that they let Ashley the office manager know as well. That didn't happen so I called back 3/4 was told I would have them by end of day... that didn't happen (shocking ) so I called again 3/6 and spoke with Asha (sp??) she was a complete rude nasty bi#*h I explained to her what has been going on and that I would wait on the phone and let them know when they were in my email she hung up on me. I called again today 3/11 and when they answered I asked to speak to the office manager and she said she was there and was going to transfer me then gets back on and ask for my name I tell her and she says I'll transfer you now ... and she sent me to her voicemail so I hung up then called back to the main number to see if I could talk to someone else and they wouldn't answer my call. This place is ridiculous and they are incompetent and dishonest beware of going here!! And for anyone who is having the same issues and being denied your records I was given this number 850-245-4339 to report them to the FL Dept of Health Consumer Services. He did not write her pain prescription. She had complications later (increased swelling, unable to control the pain), so I tried for 7 days to get the office on the phone, leaving 8 voicemails and 5 texts. Absolutely nothing. After an excruciating week of watching my child cry in pain, I took her to the ER and discovered she had an infection and thrush. They had to give her multiple strong pain medications, 2 different kinds of antibiotics, and meds for the thrush. They were horrified at Dr. Gesek's work and patient care. His office is more than thrilled to take your money. Just pray you don't have any complications that necessitate aftercare, because it is non-existent. I strongly advise you to not trust this man with your or your loved ones' dental needs.

I usually fear the dentist but Dr. Nguyen and his staff created a warm and welcoming environment…read morefrom the moment I reached out to their practice. I went to the practice to have some composites re-done. The front desk staff were able to fit me in on short notice and worked with my scheduling constraints. They responded immediately to all of my calls/texts; outstanding communication and professionalism! During my consultation, Dr. Nguyen was patient, spending time answering all of my questions and genuinely listening to and addressing my concerns. I did not feel rushed and I appreciated his attention to detail when creating a plan for my care. He not only spoke about my dental goals but also created a sound plan to manage my anxiety surrounding the procedure. During my procedure, Dr. Nguyen and the staff made sure that I was comfortable. They gave me a fuzzy blanket to keep me warm while they worked on my teeth and a warm lavender towel when they were finished. I have a very low pain tolerance, but Dr. Nguyen made sure that I was comfortable the entire time. I am so happy with my composites. Dr. Nguyen pays very close attention to detail; he created an individualized, natural-looking color and perfected the shape of each tooth. The practice has a lab on sight which allows the doctors to craft custom colors/shades for my composites, to create the perfect match. I feel confident in my smile. Dr. Nguyen followed up with me later that day to make sure I was feeling ok and followed up the next day to make sure I was happy with the results. Overall, if you are looking for a kind, professional, talented, dentist with excellent bedside manner and artistic finesse, this is the place to go!

The dental hygienist who cleaned and x-rayed my daughters (she's 3) teeth was very good with her and so nice, my daughter wasn't afraid at all. The dentist Dr. Perez was nice enough but not as much as his staff, I will say he should explain more about what he found, I feel like if I didn't asked the questions I did he wouldn't have. And he should also be mindful of when he's doing the exam with gloves on not to touch the computer mouse and screen and then try to put his fingers back in my daughters mouth. But overall a pretty good experience. My daughter walked out with stickers and a smile on her face. And as long as he can stay mindful of what he touches with his gloves I will be coming back for her next checkup.

Important warning for parents: Review your insurance EOBs and billing statements carefully before…read moremaking payments here. This review is based on my personal experience, payment receipts, and the official billing information provided to me by my insurance companies regarding two separate claims: * MetLife Claim (In-Network): My official EOB showed my total patient responsibility was $104.40. Having paid $66.00 upfront, my remaining balance should be $38.40. Instead, the office demanded $82.00. I have the receipts and EOB documenting this discrepancy. * Cigna Claim (Dental Treatment): I paid $875.50 upfront. Cigna processed the claim and determined my actual patient responsibility was only $645.10--meaning I am owed a $230.40 refund. When both I and Cigna contacted the office to resolve this, the office manager refused the refund, claiming the $230.40 was being retained for "other balances" and an "anesthesia/facility fee." However, my documentation proves my $1,600.00 pediatric anesthesia payment was made entirely to a separate provider, Pediatric Dental Anesthesia Associates (Dr. Brooke Maryak), not to Bright Smiles. The amounts demanded and retained by this office do not match the legal patient responsibility limits set by my insurance networks. ** When I posted about this factual experience, the office sent an email threatening legal action to force me to remove my review instead of issuing my refund. My recommendation to other parents: Carefully compare your EOBs with your receipts before paying this office anything extra, They'll charge you over your patient responsibility EOB!
