I did hours of research while trying to select a dentist for my daughter where I thought she would be comfortable and well-taken care of. Dr. Alvarez and her team far surpassed my expectations. Not only did my daughter do extremely well, but the team at Safari of Smiles had her smiling and actually enjoying her visit. Not only is the environment extremely kid-friendly, but the quality of service is second to none. Dr. Alvarez day with my daughter and I one-on-one to talk through the process for a first visit. She used references that my daughter understood by making connections to cartoons and movies that she was familiar with. Everyone we spoke with, from the front desk to the billing receptionist to Dr. Alvarez herself were all very kind and very pleasant. So much so that I took my second child recently and we have officially named SOS our pediatric dentist. On top of everything, at Christmas time, we received a call saying that Dr. Alvarez wanted to bless my family and take care of the remaining balance of our bill. I was truly at a loss for words. I've never had a business personally reach out and extend such a gracious offer.
