Both molars are slanted now so they hit my bottom molars hard, part of my molar broke off from it. There are drill marks all over my teeth, craze lines were left on almost all my teeth from removal and I'm told one might be a crack in my front tooth. The front tooth has been buring for 6 months and no pain ever on the tooth before. Almost 6 months later I'm still living with pain from having these braces, I was told I wasn't getting a refund when I didn't even ask. I wanted him to fix what he did. Go to a few consults before deciding who puts braces on you because the best reviews don't always mean they are the best for you. I tried to give them a chance but was given attitude after attitude. My husband and I felt like we were being treated as if we were beneath him and my concerns did not matter. I was told different information during and after treatment, it just never stayed the same when I had issues with the outcome of my teeth. I should have went with Ortega orthodontics since they were my first choice but last min had a consult with Brown and decide the drive would be easier. I made the wrong decision and regret it everyday and it's affecting my daily life.

In the waiting room, the chairs are disgusting and the floors are dirty as hell. In the patient rooms, there's dust hanging off the air vents that are right above your head when you're being taken care of! The chairs to sit in where you're seen are also filthy. They also don't call or text to remind you of your appointment probably in hopes you don't show up because they overbook themselves. Def a quantity of quality place and the owner should be ashamed.

All was good until I had a serious accident and thankfully wasn't killed...seriously. I had a voluminous amount of medical bills and procedures. I called Aiosa & Hoffman's office and explained what happened to me and asked for a ONE (1) month courtesy hold on the OrthBank payment due to all my own medical bills and would make a double payment the following month. They FLAT OUT said NO. They did not care and stated they do not make any payment arrangements but could cancel my sons Invisalign until I could pay the one months payment. Are you kidding me? I'm asking for a ONE month payment courtesy hold and you want to cancel the Invisalign!!! It is not like I ditch my bills, I pay them. So I called OrthoBank and they stated they could push the payment date out and make 2 payments the following month. I just found out OrthoBank was called by Aiosa & Hoffman and had them place a note in my account to NOT make any payment arrangements with me. I am in the position to make the double payment and just did. HOWEVER, this is a note that they do not care about a fellow humans health and will NOT work with you for even a ONE month's assistance so you don't stress about the bill.
