First of all if you go a saturday or sunday 3-7pm you would most likely find a waiting line of up to an 1hr, the food is that good. There is a salad bar with all types of sides: potatoes, cold pasta salads, rice, breads, even wings, spaghetti, etc I can't remember all of them but its varied, you have a lot of options but be careful not to get full on the sides and vegetables because they're really good but you still have to wait on the main course.
