Delicious Food and if you need a little bit of groceries; they sell a little of everything. The staff is always super friendly and helpful. I love their Brisket. I love their selection of fresh meat and chicken. read more

My family has bought from them for years, I love working with Mario, but when he's not in, I still get the great service from his team. The meat and chicken are so much fresher than what you by at the big supermarkets. We love to buy our meat and chicken already marinated; my kids love it; they also carry already made sides like mac & cheese, potato salad, beans and more. They have everything you would need for a backyard cookout or a football tailgate party. I definitely recommend Eastside Choice Meats to everyone. read more

The butchers and staff here are always very helpful and the quality of their products is great!

If your from the east side of El Paso then you should know about this awesome place to pick up all your essentials for a great cookout! Great little spot with good cuts of meat and the marinade they use is amazing. It's a small business so not a lot of waiting. It's in a pocket in the back of a strip mall which is the only down side I would never have seen it if I wasn't going around to make a turn back the other way read more

I placed an order for 5 pounds of SLICED brisket. I picked up my order, and in good faith, expected SLICED brisket! Sadly, I received shredded meat! I called to tell them, and was told to bring it back. I did, BUT when I arrived, this very short plump bald man, who I guess was the manager, RUDELY told me that I would have to pay the difference in price for sliced brisket. WELL, THATS JUST FINE WITH ME!!! HOWEVER, what the short plump bald man failed to comprehend was that I had already PAID $58.00 for the sliced brisket. He slithered over to the cash register to check the ticket. When he verified that I paid for the correct order, he was so upset that I thought he was going to pop! I was then handed the CORRECT order by one of the butchers, BUT the short plump bald man failed to say thank you or apologize for THEIR error. Needless to say, I will no longer be spending my money at Eastside Choice Meats! read more

When I lived in El Paso or even when I visit family now this is the spot for great meat and pre packaged seasoned and marinated briskets ready to cook . They also have fresh bolillo bread and are a small grocery store so you can get veggies, tostadas, beans and other essentials to make a entire feast if necessary. The staff is awesome. this place has been a staple in El Paso TX for a very long time always serving quality meats . If you haven't been here give it a shot next time you have a family gathering or dinner your throwing for friends . Be safe stay healthy and always wash your hands after messing with your meat . read more

I love their chorizo so much I had a friend bring us 10 lbs when he visit us in Austin. I discovered Eastside Choice chorizo while living in El Paso and fell in love with it. Most chorizos are SO fatty; Eastside Choice's is very lean....and so very tasty. Muy Sabrosa! I've tried many different chorizos in Austin and nothing beats Eastside Choice meets. read more

Pork chops were good. Bacon was not on display so didn't get to see it and he didn't show me when I asked for a pound of it and it was the worst bacon I've ever had in my entire life, nothing but fat and the flavor was awful it might've been rancid but it didn't smell awful before it was cooked. We cooked it great it was just something that should have never been sold to a customer. Did not even taste close to bacon. Took one bite and never again. read more

Great meat! Great service! Lots of variety! Very friendly and helpful staff! They even have desserts! Lots of different choice rubs. The meat was phanomenal! read more

This is from a family member ....... Just love this place and miss it. I'm in Austin and carne adobada here is stew meat. :-(. Not as tasty or tender. I was going to place a larger order...carne adobada, carne asada and brisket and have family pick it up to bring to me in Austin. But they DON'T take credit cards over the phone. WHAT???? In this day and age !! AND the guy that answered the phone was SO RUDE! I am so heartbroken! I had been going there for 30 years or more, Sometimes every week, every other week or monthly. And got not only meat but just about anything you sell!!!!!!!! What ever happened to customer service? I see you respond to reviews on-line. How hard would it be to get a Paypal account? I was gonna ask if I could place the order, email payment which you get as soon as you accept the email, or even over- night a check, but I was hung up on. read more

Some of the best brisket you'll probably eat in the 915! It always has a great taste. I'm pretty sure they marinate the meat for hours. Another plus is...the meat doesn't have a lot of fat on it. The chile con queso (cheese sauce) always has a good flavor. It's not too spicy but not too mild either. It includes chunks of tomatoes, peppers and onions. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They really go out of their way to help. I want to keep looking but they always walk right up to me to help. I don't mind the potato salad either. I'm not a fan or onion or celery but it still has a good taste. The prices are a bit high but I would say the quantity and food quality makes it worth it. Give it a shot, you won't be disappointed. read more

If there ever is a class offered at a college or university on Customer Service, this should be their role model. El Paso has a reputation for bad customer service in all areas. Having spent time in Europe about 35 states in the US, this is the best customer service I've ever had. Not by a degree but by a country mile. These folks aren't great customer service, they will become your friends. read more

Great place to buy meats. Staff has always been courteous, helpful and quick. This meat market is my first choice whenever I plan a cookout. Love going there. read more

The best place to get your Choice of meats an such to help you start an awesome bbq..

We have been going to Eastside choice meats for the last 26 years. It has always had impeccable service, exceptional meats and they try to get to know you. However, the last 3 visits have not been up to their usual standards. Take today for example, My husband went in to purchase some top sirloin for a cookout. They cut the meat, packaged it and charged him. When we opened the package, there were not steaks in the package but short ribs!!!! this is the third time we were disappointed with our meat. I do not know what changed but it did not change for the better. We were super disappointed, and of course we cannot take it back because they are closed and this is our dinner. read more

We ordered 40 lbs of shredded brisket for an event and it was outstanding! Very friendly staff, great prices and delicious meat!

The only place in town to get discada. Other places use way too much filler and you end up with a greasy mess. I live near another meat market but I'll gladly make the longer drive to eastside choice meats. Customer service is truly excellent. read more
