First of all if you go a saturday or sunday 3-7pm you would most likely find a waiting line of up to an 1hr, the food is that good. There is a salad bar with all types of sides: potatoes, cold pasta salads, rice, breads, even wings, spaghetti, etc I can't remember all of them but its varied, you have a lot of options but be careful not to get full on the sides and vegetables because they're really good but you still have to wait on the main course. The waiters/caters come table to table with their different meat cuts and they serve them on your plate, they're not cold, they meat is on a ESPADA (sword) that comes right out of the flames, sometimes it's sizzling still. They have a variety of drinks but the wine options in here are the main thing, make sure to ask for your favorite wine they probably have it.
