All of the team are very friendly and make you feel comfortable during a really stressful transition. I remember our first home search. My wife and I had spoken with 2 realtors before meeting David and neither gave us much confidence. Neither seemed particularly knowledgeable and during home showings seemed to be there just to open the door. On a couple occasions realtors took us to see houses that didn't meet needs we specified in advance. David came prepared with a folio of homes in the area we were interested in. It was a nice touch to have all the listings were going to see, with their details, in our hands as we looked around. As we did our home search, David was quick to point to home elements that were pros and cons. He took a genuine interest in studying each house and giving opinions. The team has always been quick to answer questions, keep the home sale organized, and have been able to refer us to top quality contractors when needed. You really can't go wrong with Shallow Team.

We gave Chris our preferences and he patiently worked with us to filter through several listings before we found a home that best fit our needs (and wants). As a realtor, Chris is Super knowledgable, extremely prompt, and Uber helpful. As a man: Chris is down to earth, accessible, and aims to help people, rather than gain customers. Chris is truly one of a kind because, maybe two years later, extenuating circumstances required my family to be forced to move rather abruptly from the place he'd help us to procure. I called Chris requesting his help for a second time, and his sense of urgency in helping me was immediate! It spoke volumes of not only his professionalism, it reflected his commitment to helping people. If you're looking for a realtor who puts the client first in all areas, Chris Cucci is your man!
