Dick is a true professional, he made him self available whenever I needed him or had questions, and that includes on evenings and weekends, which I always felt quilty about. I had never purchased a home before, and he explained things to me clearly and answered all million of my questions. When it was time to sell my first home, he provided great recommendations for preparing my house for sale, ways I could rearrange my furtinure to open the place up, I wish I had had him over before I was selling! And he got me a great price for my house, and negotiated a great price with the bank for the foreclosure I ended up purchasing. I will work with him for all of my real estate needs in the future, and I would highly recommend him to anyone, including my own freinds and family. I already have actually; my brother, 2 sisters and my college friend have all used Dick and were very happy with him. I know that they have referred him to others as well. I have read Dicks reviews on here before, back when I was selling my first home, and I am surprised to see that almost all of those reviews are gone. He had wonderful reviews! Something must have gone wrong, because I dont see them anymore which is why I felt I should write about my positive experiences working with him. (And Sherri as well.)

They offered to connect me to a realtor and that is how I met Fawad Shahid. I'm so glad I did. He was excellent throughout the entire process. He was always available within minutes of me texting him he would respond to me or call me back to answer any questions I had. He was very active and available, and I really appreciated that. This was my first home that I ever purchased, Fawad Explained all facets of the home buying experience. From the nuances to the loan application, to making sure that I had a professional inspector lined up which he was able to find for me and be present during the home inspection as I was unable to be there. He made sure to explain every single the problem that was found. He even helped negotiate with the seller to give me credit for some of the problems that were found. He also connected me with an excellent attorney who was also very available and always answered any questions that I had. The entire process was very smooth, and I was very appreciative for his services. I would highly recommend him. It has been almost five months since I closed on my home However if I ever still have a question, he remains available to me and is always quick to respond and answer any questions that I have. I would highly recommend him, he is very personable, very experienced in the home buying process, and he has a good team in place in the event that you do not have your own home inspector, your own attorney, and other professionals that you may need. He even made sure that my home had a radon inspection which is something I did not know about, and once radon was found at higher levels in my home, he ensured that the seller would offer credit for radon mitigation which I was very grateful for as I spend lots of time in my basement. He then connected me with a radon mitigation professional who came and did the work shortly after closing. Highly recommended, excellent real estate agent overall. Very knowledgeable and overall had an excellent experience with him. I couldn't be more pleased with him, and I'm sure you will be as well.
