A few years ago I had listed my house in Palos Hills with another real estate company and after a sad few months on the market with hardly a nibble of interest I decided to take the property off. A mutual friend introduced me to Dick Post a year or so later and after an enthusiastic conversation about the market I decided to re-list but this time with RM Post. I couldn't have made a better decision! After some disagreements about the list price we finally got a good price range in place and Dick gave me all the tips to quickly get my house sold. Seller's always seem to think their house should be valued more, but on the buying side? We're the quickest one to point out a flaw when buying a new house but god forbid someone point out a flaw in a place we made our home! I laugh at the arrogant review below. Does that idiot even know why you have a real estate agent? It's so you don't have to call all those agents who viewed your house and bug them for their feedback. And not to mention- what person would say, "Yes, I saw your house and decided not to bother calling your broker back and telling them I didn't like it?" If anyone asked me if I returned a call that I chose to just ignore of course I would say, "Why yes, I did call back!" I don't know what office that guy was working with, because I had nothing but a great sale and friendly service with everyone at RM Post. Our Church building had been on the market for quite a while when Mr Post took over in representing us our listing broker. Needless to say it is extremely difficult for a Church to secure long term financing arrangements since its based on attendance and offerings which are difficult to project. Incredibly distraught after the sudden death of my father, the last thing I wanted to do was worry about selling his house. Dick was recommended to me by a family friend and he more than exceeded my expectations. I hardly had to do anything to sell my dad's house.
