I got the chicken kebab; super flavorful and but slightly overcooked (midly dry). However, I tried the lentil soup, and WOW, it was comforting and delicious! I was really blue that week and ordering in was much needed. If i could eat out every trying all these great places. That would be awesome. Haven't been there but definitely Quality stuff. Not mention I didn't have to cook or clean after. Although i make a mean omelette myself. But its nice to treat yourself sometimes. Thanks for the happy breakfast moments Stack

The most expensive Subway in Barrie, go to 7 Anne Street South and save almost $2 per sub!read more

I never usually write reviews simply due to not caring enough nor having enough time. But I find…read morethis very important to share with anyone in Barrie along with the owner and employees of this location. Today I had experienced what I can honestly say was the BEST subway experience I've ever had. And I eat a lot of subway... Haha. From the employees to the food, everything was phenomenal. They were a well oiled machine, which you don't see a lot of around the subways, as well as other fast food chains in Barrie. They had enough staff, it was a quick and easy, I was in and out of there in 5 minutes. Keep in mind there was even a line up, around 5:30pm typical dinner rush. Also they were very friendly, seeming to not hate their lives which I find refreshing. Not to mention all of the vegetables were FRESH. I usually cannot put cucumbers on my sandwiches at other locations due to them being sitting there for too long, becoming translucent and soggy with a very strong taste. These employees and their team leader deserve recognition. More places should strive to have customer service like this. I live on the other side of town and I will be travelling the extra 5 - 10 minutes to enjoy what I'm paying for! Bravo guys :-) Cheers Kassandra

I've been up in this area a few times for various reasons and the last couple was for driving test candidates. One was my son... he finally wanted to get his G2 before time ran out. Dropped him off and walked on over for breakfast. Crossed my fingers too - not so he passes his test, but so he doesn't damage the Merc! LOL! Williams is a nice change from the Mermaid brand of places that dots every major corner and mall back in the GTA. Step inside and it's a proper dining facility and one that is not filled with hipsters that thinks buying a Venti Latte pays rent for their arse to be planted for the whole day on a table. Dropped my stuff off at a comfy table and ordered up breakfast. Haven't had a breakfast like this in a long while - just your standard good old cholesterol rich American Classic! HeHeHe... Yup, eggs, bacon, and toast - with a good cup of coffee. The place was clean, nicely decorated, the staff was ultra friendly. They brought my order to the table and even brought condiments when I asked for it. Good Service... something that is missing over the pandemic and at the Mermaid club. Well... breakfast done, belly full, walked back and yes... Merc in one piece! Yah... Oh.. yeah. He passed. And now what do I do when he says... Can I borrow the car!?! FML!!! Cheers!

We got the spaghetti special (two spaghetti entrees, Caesar salad and garlic bread). Store bought spaghetti with flavorless sauce, brick hard garlic bread with no taste and a sad little salad with some sort of sauce that was definitely not Caesar dressing. Very bland and boring. To top it all off, the woman on the phone when we ordered was awfully curt and rude. How long until the food is delivered? "We'll get it to you when we can...". Yeesh... I will give them this though, their portion sizes are really big. Too bad quantity seems to be valued over quality. For the price and time, I could have made the same meal but vastly better.
