Later, he even brought us a free sample of La Burra, a wheat beer that was so tasty. We ordered the fries, which came out perfectly crisp and topped with cheese- simple but delicious. I didn't realize they had a second floor, but we were lucky enough to go up and take some pictures from there. The view up there is definitely worth checking out. My friends and I really appreciated the modernity of this brewery and were very high on the broad selection of brews available to try, with the dark beers standing out quite well. The house IPA is really good and has a San Diego-style hoppy kick to it, which was refreshing. The wall artwork is definitely striking to say the least but it adds to a very real and very distinct atmosphere that is quite unique in Tijuana. It isn't overwhelmingly hipster, but it doesn't pretend to be some traditional ale house. The wooden panels and sleek interior were quite comfortable, not to mention immaculately clean. Hidden in a little indoor mall is one of the tiniest craft breweries I've seen -- just a window where they serve great craft beer, with a few tables to sit at. We tried a stout and an IPA. Both were very good-- the stout was low ABV but not watery and tasted great, and the IPA was around 7% and was quite hoppy and bitter, a true West Coast style IPA. You won't find tasters, but they serve 12, 16, and 20 ounce pours for between 30 - 45 pesos, depending on the size of the pour. They had an ad on the wall for beer brewing classes, too -- it would be a really cool thing to check out, especially if you're local. Estefany B. is right; the location is hard to find! Here's how to get there: go down the Pasaje Revolucion located at #942 Revolucion, and at the end of the hallway you'll see a little indoor mall.
