    Large Amount Of Wines

" Great Outdoor Vineyard Seating " We went to the Guadalupe Valley Wine country in Mexico on a bus trip. We have been to L.A.Cetto many times before and it still is a great place to go for a lunch. Their lunches are about a half mile away from where they process the wine, the wine tasting room, and the wine store are located. But it is really cool to go to the top of the Wine Vineyards and have lunch outside under a cool Large Patio Roof area. They have restrooms and the food is made in that area also. L.A. Cetto wines are also very good. It is a real nice place to visit in the Guadalupe Valley in Mexico.

First time in a winery south of the border. Honestly say I was impressed with the service, atmosphere, and most importantly the wine. Definitely a todo while in Ensenada.

This review is way overdue. Came here last year on a girl's trip and enjoyed their beautiful grounds, wine, knowledgeable staff and excellent service. Pourings are generous! This is a winery that has been around for quite some time and will not disappoint. Not too crowded and loved their small group/personal tours..fabulous! Prices are comparable to others and lots of photo ops too!

I went on the wine tour here and I learned a lot of new things about wine! It was so much fun and our tour guide was very friendly and knowledgeable. My favorite part was the wine tasting. Prior to this I thought I was a pro and didn't need anyone teaching me how to drink wine (I held the glass by the body and just chugged it). The guides show you all these techniques to get a full wine drinking experience. It was awesome and needless to say, I no longer just chug my wine. I'm classy now.

Nice winery tasting room in central Tijuana not far from Revolución St, unfortunately you could not enter due to COVID 19 but I was able to purchase some reserve wines and souvenir just by looking through windows can't for to actually go in the wines I am already familiar with from past visits

Great place! Great tour guy, amazing wines! We had a lot of fun, the staff is really friendly and nice, they teach you how to drink wine and what to look and how to know a good wine, it's a good place to come with the family and spend a great day!

My husband and I had a great time here while on our cruise. We tasted 4 different wines and had some delicious bread to go with it. The prices are very affordable and the staff were great! Adrian was our tour guide and he was very informative and easy going. I will definitely be coming back here.

Totally impressed with this location. Amazing customer service. They give you a private tour JUST FOR YOU no need to join another group (Ask for Moises. He is a nice guy, very knowledgeable, and he loves what he does. You can see his enthusiasm). He takes you to three different locations, inside and outside the facility which I think it's pretty cool. It's a huge property and I love the fact that he shows you the first machinery they used when Luis Agustin (L.A.) started the business back in 1926 compared to machinery they used nowadays which is more efficient and big enough to manage a larger volume of wines; very impressive. He gives you time to take pictures inside the facility and once the tour is finished, you go for the wine tasting. Moises showed us the right way to drink the wine BELIEVE IT OR NOT it was very useful. I'm happy that I had the opportunity to visit this winery!!!!

What once was a very small beer bar is now a small (they expanded about 10 feet) beer bar in the corner of Coliectivo 9 on Revolution Ave. You aren't likely to find any other tourists here but have no fear. Order a bottle of local Tijuana craft, ask for the game of Jenga from the bartender and plop down at a table with your friends. The mood is light, the pace is slow and the beer is cold. Can you really ask for much more from a humble operation? I think not. Hungry? You're in luck! There are still a slew of local food options dotted around the perimeter of Colectivo 9 but the longterm tenants such as the empanada shop still rank as my favorites. Oh yeah, the A/C is kickin' so this should definitely be your TJ hideout on the hotter days of the year. Just don't bring too many friends...

Though not as sprawling as the operations mentioned above, you'll find an undercurrent of younger chefs and bartenders collaborating an a fun concept right off one of Tijuana's most infamous thoroughfares. From truffles to savory empanadas to craft beer bars, they've got their bases covered. Regarding the latter, Barrica 9 might be one of the few bars specializing in craft beer anywhere in the immediate proximity. Taking a page out of their neighbors to the north, this place could fit in nicely in a neighborhood like South Park or North Park, San Diego. A crevice of a space, they have upwards of 30 different bottles you can try, as well as a few craft beers on tap. They even feature a handful of Tijuana microbrews that you won't find anywhere north of the border, so it was great to see the trend that's been fire in the states crossing international lines. If this is a sign of things to come, Revolutión Boulevard just might transition from a sinful place of decadence for 18 year old coeds, and more of a respectful destination for gourmands and fans of quality food and drink alike.

Having first tried their wine at Finca Altozano, our whole group was amazed by how good their wine was (Godoy) at such a good price point. We knew we had to seek it out on the way back to the states. And we're v glad we did. Although I suppose we should have called first! They seem to operate mostly by appointment and the building is a pretty nondescript warehouse-looking structure on a road full of similar buildings. We got lucky and found an employee tidying up and they graciously called someone who came by to give us a tour and tasting. Though our guide was not the owner (who we're told gives a fantastic tour as well), we had a fabulous time touring their very nice space, asking questions, and learning about the process. And once we got into the tasting itself, we were even more excited! :D They gave us incredibly generous pours (some might say too generous - be careful if you have to drive after!) of some of the best wines we've had throughout Mexico. And for the quality you get, the prices seemed so good that it was hard to imagine how they do it. They should really be proud. Even though we showed up unannounced, they treated us amazingly well and we left feeling like we were leaving good friends. We would love to come back again, and would encourage anyone going through the area who loves good wine to make room for this in their itinerary. P.S. If you need to sit and soak up some of those extra-generous pours afterward, Tacos De Birria right around the corner is legit af.

Since we were the only folks there that day, we had the tasting room all to ourselves. Omar spoke very good English and gave us a history of the winery and a description of the wines it makes. Then we toured the facility to get an in-depth talk of the wine-making process and the materials used. Omar is both knowledgeable and personable. He opened 5 bottles for us to taste, and all were very enjoyable, with varying flavors and complexity. Their bottle prices were very reasonable, so we bought 2 (limit for bringing back to US), and he even gave us one of the opened bottles as a complement to our ensuing lobster dinner in Puerto Nuevo. What wonderful hosts! I highly recommend this winery for an intimate tasting and wine experience in Guadalupe Valley.
