I get the tile, storing the tile, week after week the project gets delayed for one BS reason or the next, and then here we are today (was told the project would start on Monday!) "sorry can't do it". 3 stars, the work they do is good but the overpromising and under delivering is just exhausting.

The sink was off center. Spenser (owner) was responsive, professional and forward thinking about this issue. He went above and beyond to rectify the situation by finding another remnant from another company that closely matched the original and cutting a brand new top at his expense. I was very pleased with the customer service I received from Spenser and his entire crew.

He gave us a fair bid on our project and arrived on time to do the job. When he arrived (before he entered our home) he put booties on his shoes to protect our floors. Each time that he had to go out to his truck, he removed them.....and put them back on when he came back. This is a class way to do business and shows his respect for the customer and their property. This is exactly how he performed the counter restoration job on our granite. He is a true professional. He has many years of this under his belt and his work shows it. I first met with their designer, who came by to take a look at the space and take measurements. From there she put together an estimate and a rendering. It was exactly what I was envisioning. It took about a month for the materials to arrive, and then a day to install. They also helped install a very large barn door for an additional cost. I had reached out to a number of local "handymen" who either never got back to me, or declined entirely. You can imagine how happy I was when Interior Finishes said they could do it the same day as the cabinets. I'm absolutely THRILLED with the final result! It completely elevated the space, and it's made that area much more functional. It feels like something out of an interior design magazine. Pricewise they are middle of the road, but the quality has always been excellent. I have caught other companies cutting corners (skipping 3rd coats, or not properly prepping surfaces before coating. Some jobs have been booked within a week, others we have had to book out a couple months due to Jeff and his team being busy (a good sign). Hopefully if you are in need of there services, you can schedule a time that works out for you. Definitely worth the wait if they are backed up.
