First visit I was left in the exam room for an hour after a nurse left to "check something" and didn't come back. I stuck my head out in the hall and was rudely told to remain in the exam room by a passing doctor, I couldn't be in the hall. Getting very frustrated by now I used my cell phone to call the front desk. An angry receptionist told me I shouldn't be calling the desk, and said she would send a nurse to see me. The nurse finally came and didn't remember what she was supposed to do for me, so by then I just left, having forgotten myself. Avoid this practice if possible.

If she's not available or not there, the nurse practitioner is the one will check up on you if it's just a follow up which i don't mind. 5. Dr. Grageda staff are all nice. Cons: 1. I will always come here 15mins or 10mins early before my appt. Time and you still have to wait for 20mins. Which again, i don't mind not unless I have important thing to do afterwards. In my defense to that with 1 doctor with so many patience that she has to attend to i understand the waiting time. That's about it. The staff dismissed my concerns and told me, "We're following all the rules." They then hung up on me while I was asking a reasonable question. Regardless of where the physician is located, patients deserve respectful communication, transparency about availability, and access to appropriate care. This office provided none of that. I will be switching providers and cannot recommend this clinic based on the unprofessional behavior and the lack of access to my assigned PCP.

And the same gals work there for YEARS now so what does THAT tell ya? Another thing: I SUFFER FROM SEVERE ALLERGIES AND INTENSE ANXIETY. Unlike all the other Dr.'s that only wanted My money for tests, he never did that. He offered suggestions. For ONCE, a Dr. didn't say: "You need allergy tests for $1,000.00 CASH ONLY." I have no insurance. I have no children therefore there are NO programs for Me. I lost EVERYTHING including My life when I got struck by that car. I break out into the hives more often than not & look like a monster & it escalated into life threatening. He gave Me My EpiPen & that has SAVED MY LIFE more times than I can count. I could NOT BREATHE NORMALLY for YEARS. He gave Me an allergy shot. I CAN NOW BREATHE like a normal person. I could have lost My life many times when My throat closes during a hive outbreak which leads to severe panic attack as well. Goodness!
