They help plan your menu if you want, come up with ideas that are not on their many menus to choose from or suggest items that are new and trending for your parties. They can accommodate all your unique requests and provide servers, bartenders and even glassware when you need more, even at the very last minute. In the last two months, I think we've worked with them 4 times with every situation requiring a completely different menu and set up from an office breakfast retirement party to holiday brunch at the house for 30 people to a casual drop off catering for a small party with friends to a full scale holiday party for executives. Ed has helped plan, coordinate, arrange people, checked in prior for last minute needs and followed up afterwards to see how it went. What have been some our fav items this season? Omelet bar. Definite yes. Missy with Amazing Caterers was wonderful as well for this. Request her if you can. On appetizers, go for the coconut shrimp as they are pretty, have a mango salsa and are a must have. You may need to order extras of this, as it's the first thing to go for sure. The tenderloin and turkey sliders are a great, heavier appetizer that is easy to eat while also filling for when you are also serving cocktails (and you can get the coleslaw on the side if you don't want them pre-made with it), served with horseradish pickles which are soooo yum. The tenderloin crostini were really good as well. Highly recommend. Then, the assorted desserts are awesome, especially those freaking cake balls I ate four of in like 30 minutes. Was that caramel inside? Goodness. Daniel was very attentive at our last party too. If he even heard us say something to each other (i.e., running out of ice), he was all over it. Once they receive all of their money for the event they are catering, they are like a ghost...until the night before that is...trying to sneakily change the menu and serve subpar food...They recently catered my wedding on 7/9/16 and brought an ENTIRELY different menu than what my husband and I were fed multiple times, including my mother-in-law. We have pictures. A lot of people didn't eat the mostly cold food that was served at our wedding, my husband and I were amongst them. But according to Chad "...everyone had fun, so why are you upset?". Um, that's not the point Chad...they ONLY had fun because I personally arranged the entertainment. That had NOTHING to do with the food Sir, seriously....and Mashed potatoes in martini glasses....really?!? I SPECIFICALLY asked Ed how they'd stay warm..."Oh I've got it, I've got it...", riiiight! That's why i saw multiple trash baskets FULL of cold, stale, boxed Idaho mashed potatoes in martini glasses....ok. I had 3 jobs at one point to pay for this "Amazing Catering" alone! AT FIRST Ed wanted to make it right, but this is a ONCE IN A LIFETIME event....I let him know that "You cannot make up a WEDDING Sir!!!" He then became very RUDE and belligerent. He arged endlessly with my husband at our day-after wedding shower in front of everyone... then harassed us via text on our honeymoon over the next day or so. I appreciated that they made recommendations rather than throwing an enormous menu at me to choose from. When ordering for my coworkers, I prefer the pros to tell me what people in general like! They made the setup look professional in our very basic conference area. Every single person raved about every item served and the service was also spectacular. I think the team favorite was the stuffed potatoes! As a meeting coordinator, I love to hear "did you try this yet?", "You have to try this!", "This is so good!" They even thought ahead to bring some to-go boxes. We don't do much catering of this caliber, but I truly hope to get the opportunity to use Priceless again!

I really don't host parties like this and really didn't have a good idea of what I needed or what to ask for. Lisa didn't make me try and decide on the exact menu, she did it for me and that was a huge help. I just made some tweaks to the menu and updated her with the RSVPs as we got closer so she could adjust quantities. Everything they did just completely blew away any expectation I had. The meat and cheese display was gorgeous and delicious. LIsa suggested some items that sounded a little boring to me but she promised they were delicious. She wasn't just over selling it. Every bite of everything was delicious. Even the salsa for the chips and dips was one of the best I've ever had. The queso was a huge hit as well. They make these little twice baked baby potato bites that were out of this world. You'd think a chicken skewer would be boring, but not these. They had a glaze on them and were perfectly cooked and easy to eat at a party. The sliders were just amazing. The "Texas Caviar" was a huge hit.Everything was clearly made with quality ingredients and the presentation was perfect. They provided literally everything for the guests down to little baby forks for the cheese. We opted for staff to help manage the offerings and food and it was worth every penny. Chef Matt was busy assembling fresh hors hor d'oeuvres while Cindy and Mary were diligently attending to the guests. They mastered the art of being there when needed but not over doing it. They passed the appetizers which was such a classy touch to the experience. Matt took great care in preparing each and every item. He made them look as delicious as they were. I could go on and on about every little detail they executed perfectly. Every guest commented multiple times about how delicious the food was and how wonderfully it was presented. They arrived early, setup in perfect time for the event and then cleared everything out and wiped down the clubhouse kitchen as if they were never there. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Based on my experience, this company excelled at the trifecta of Service, Food, and Experience. They presented well and appeared to be a small black owned business (I have no insight into their ownership structure so this I can't confirm) so I eagerly wanted to support them. Things took a drastic turn in February of 2020, one month before my scheduled wedding on March 21st, 2020, when many of their contractual commitments floundered. Firstly, my wedding venue went bankrupt so I called LaTricia on February 13th, 2020 (I had notified her 3 days in advance as soon as I found out) to discuss cancellation since contractually the venue she agreed to serve at was no longer in existence. She notified me on February 13th, 2020, that she had already bought beef so she would be retaining $2,300+. My first thought was why are you buying beef weeks in advance of a wedding since meat doesn't last that long? Secondly, I was clear at the onset that I wanted real China/silverware and they contractually agreed to provide that to us. However, on February 10th, 2020, LaTricia called me to state that she was able to find plates but was having challenges finding real silverware so she wanted to know if she could skip providing it. Why is that a question one month before my wedding when you contractually committed to provide it and I paid for it? The most alarming part of this was her lack of business strategy and customer service skills. We had contracted her to do our rehearsal dinner on March 20th, 2020, (an $1,800 affair) and we had found a new venue that accommodated her (in spite of my two failed attempts that week to get her to furnish evidence of insurance) and we agreed to pay a $300 fee to a new venue yet she stated she didn't care because she was holding on $2,300+ from my wedding. Moreover, she stated that she needs 5 business days to issue a partial refund in the amount of $999 for our rehearsal dinner (what reputable business doesn't have $999?!). This woman (LaTricia seems to poorly lead the business strategy) and business have a lack of integrity and questionable practices as evidenced by my aforementioned examples. Be careful!

The chicken was juicy and crispy. The quiche had spinach and tomatoes. It was very fresh tasting and delicious. Good for a quick healthy breakfast item. It tasted really good with salsa on it The sweet potato has was also good. Lightly seasoned and allowed the sweet potatoes to just shine. I really enjoyed the food and definitely recommend you all try them for catering an event or just to have for dinner so you don't have to cook!
