ROBIN had me lay on my back clamped my lip said take a deep breath and pierced my lip to then say "aw man it's crooked I have to do it again" mind you it's already all the way through my lip. I asked her is that something that should have been done and she said "yeah it should be fine" never in my life have I seen this type of unprofessional work or F up. The. Had the nerve to give me $10 off for the troubles. My lip is so swollen, hurts so bad and after doing further research and talking to other piercers that is an absolute NO! Do not do that, it causes severe trauma and healing and creates scar tissue that will forever be sensitive and she did it anyway. Absolutely insane. If she's that comfortable doing that to me how many other people has she done this to? ROBIN you should be embarrassed, FIRED and never hired at another shop.
