The edges crack when clicking together. However, the store refused to let us return for a full refund. Their policy is to charge a 25% restocking fee even though there was a manufacturing defect. Even in our case where everyone agreed it was defective the "regional manager" still refused to refund. So we are out 25% and the money it cost to pay our installers. They also had a customer service rep call us per their policy from overseas who had no idea about our case and also refused to refund our 25% fee. I'm assuming they plan to resell this defective product since we had to pay for "restocking" which seems criminal. I have never encountered a store with such a horrible policy and negligent upper management. We plan to sue them for the 25% they owe us because that is only fair.

I'm a customer of the Gastonia, NC location. Don't be fooled by this company! I was promised by the…read moresalesperson they sent that the vertical gray blinds would come with a matching wand not the standard white ( what an eyesore). The salesperson told me that they would order the blinds so the wands would be on the outside not in the middle. After installation, the wand is in the middle of my eight foot picture window and the wand on vertical blinds is white. When I called to have it rectified I was told that I didn't order the blinds with the wand on the outside and they don't have matching gray wands for the verticals. I also asked for the blind valance that usually come with all standard blinds but that was a $200 EXTRA charge that was neglected to mention by the salesperson. There were other issues as well. Communication as to when they would FINALLY be installed( I had to wait until someone was available to install) and the installer hanging the verticals crooked and tried to convince that the ceiling and floors were crooked! Can you imagine!!! After much insistence he leveled them and we discovered together that the ceiling and floor were indeed level! (Eye roll) I called this company trying to get things corrected and was told not without paying for new blinds! Good thing I made the installer level the blinds before he left because this location doesn't care about customer service they just want your money! They are definitely not budget blinds as their name suggests, they are cheap flimsy blinds at exhorbinate prices!!! Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else but here!
