Veggie in wrap
Rebecca H.

We recently "moved in" to Hyannis to work here for a few weeks at a time. We are staying in a hotel with essentially no ability to cook and a girl can only have bread and cheesy for so many meals before things internally start to go awry. I was hoping for at least ONE decently nutritious option to keep us going during our stretch in the area and I'm so happy we stumbled upon Barnstable Market. I wanted to order us lunch before our orientation at our new gig and I came across this spot on DoorDash. I placed my order the night before and was pleased to be informed they accepted our order about an hour before it was due to arrive. For reasons listed above, I wanted something with some vegetables and greens. This place offers a vegetable sandwich which I jumped on. I ordered the veggie Sammie minus onions and sprouts on rye bread but appreciated the numerous other bread options. GF ordered the same without the omissions and on a spinach wrap. Before even placing the sandwich between my lips, I was floored by how gorgeous the wrap and sandwich was. I would marry this shit, it's so attractive. You know the shit you see on TV and in ads? That is the caliber we are talking here. Without a doubt, the most visually pleasing sandwich I have ever laid my eyes on and you know looks are half the b battle. Believe it or not, the damn sandwich even tasted AMAZING. There were fucking TONS of veggies in that bad boy, they didn't skimp whatsoever. The ingredients were so fresh and whatever the fuck that white cheese-like spread was really was the cherry on top. I am so grateful this place exists I want a to kiss the manager and owner. This place will certainly be a regular in my rotation.

Tom's most excellent sandwich

No seating to eat. Warm and friendly atmosphere. Hot and cold deli menu looked yummy!

I had the best experience with Windfall Market throughout my wedding weekend in Falmouth! Starting…read morewith their wonderful florist department - they were so sweet, and put together such gorgeous bouquets for my Rehearsal Dinner. The next day for wedding day lunch I ordered turkey and chicken salad wrap platters and they were out of this world! A high-class market for all your needs!

So I wandered into Windfall Market in Falmouth thinking I'd grab a drink and maybe a snack... and…read morewalked out an hour later with a full cart, a slice of lasagna, a bouquet of sunflowers, and a deep spiritual connection to their lobster. This place is straight-up grocery heaven with a Cape Cod twist. The second you walk in, it smells like fresh bread and good decisions. The produce section? A rainbow of local goodness. The bakery? Dangerous. I had to physically restrain myself from buying every cake in that glass case (okay, I still got the chocolate mousse one, no regrets). Let's talk deli, holy wow. That prepared foods counter is giving restaurant vibes. Their lasagna slices looked like they were made by someone's Italian grandma who believes in extra cheese and love. I grabbed one "for the car" and another "just in case." And the meat counter? Listen, if you're not getting something from their butchery, you're not living right. Custom cuts, skewers, kebabs, and ribeyes that looked like they came from cattle who did yoga and listened to jazz. Bonus points for the drink section kombucha, local sodas, and juices I didn't even know existed. Also, I bought chips called Wrap City just because the name made me laugh. Worth it. Moral of the story? If you're on the Cape and don't visit Windfall Market, we can't be friends. #WindfallMarket #CapeCodEats #FarmersMarketVibes #FalmouthFinds #ItsTheLittleThings #PuddingCreekTrestle #SnackAttack #DeliDreams #ButcherGoals #JuiceMeUp #LocalLove #ItsTheLittleThings
