Marcos gets it done... He's the best! I needed multiple plumbing issues fixed in my home and he was able to get them all fixed for me. He gave me a very reasonable price too. Like so many other plumbers do, they could have insisted on scheduling an appointment at *their* convenience, charge a service fee and if they do the work, waive the service fee. I think they did a really good job. My garbage disposal stopped working and wouldn't drain the food anymore. They did everything I ask and they didn't try to overcharge me. This is one of the best plumbing companies I've ever worked with. They have great customer service skills, are always knowledgeable about what they're doing, and keep you posted on when they'll be arriving and how long the service will take. They're also upfront about the price.  The plumber was able to help me fix the problem at a low cost. He was very informative on what had gone wrong and how to prevent it from happening again in the future.  Another thing that stood out to me is that they worked with me and my busy schedule. Finding a good plumber is so hard - like ridiculously hard! I couldn't find one for a really long time, but I finally found one and dude, I cannot be happier. I rent a small home in West Covina. It's pretty old, so I knew there would be some issues here and there with the plumbing. I called them yesterday (Sunday) when I noticed my hot water heater leaking... Barney called me back about 15 minutes later and explained to me that he could come out to turn off gas/water or he could walk me through the process, which he did and all was turned off and the tank started draining. He said I would get a call about 7:30 the next morning to set up a time to install the new water heater, which did happen and I was told his plumber would be here between 11 and 1. Danny was here a little after 10:30 and replaced the hot water heater and then explained to me how to keep it going for the long run.
