Well I had to fuss about his monies being taken from his account and being refunded which they did refund. I look at my father's account because he is a disabled veteran on a fixed income. They again have taken more money from his account and it's September 2024. So disappointing.... I'm seeking counsel from the disabled Veterans Administration. I do not have the energy to deal with them. Do not hesitate to look for another medical supply company because this experience has been horrible for my dad.

Second, the ramp was installed but not safe for me or my client to use. Someone could've tripped on it, and/or my client could've fallen off the side of the ramp that wasn't secured. Pros: - as a KP member you can order ahead of time through the app or text message system (which I HIGHLY recommend, so you don't have to wait in the check-in line when you get there and can go straight to the "pick up" line). - Not crowded if you go after 6:30pm, with much easier parking as well (I think because other outpatient offices are closed) - The workers are pretty efficient, especially if you have your ID and plan card ready when you approach the counter. - Free parking, no garage and no hassle. You might have to park "farther" and walk in but I've always been able to find a spot, even when I go during peak hours during the day. - I like that it stays open until 8 (or even past 8pm?) on weekdays, which is very helpful for people who work 8-5pm. Also open on weekends. - Also super easy to grab over the counter stuff while you're there Cons: - can get pretty crowded if you have to wait a while for your medications - there's seats everywhere but they're all packed pretty tight together since the space isn't huge. - You might have to wait a while if you don't order ahead

I am a manager for a care home for severely handicapped adolescents and young adults. I also work very close with their staff member Trisha that oversees our client's medications. Clayworth brings true "customer service" back. Our needs are ALWAYS taken care of. And as sometimes happens, things come up.....Problems.......That could prevent my residents from receiving their medications. Doctors who forget to send over prescriptions. Clayworth staff works very closely with the doctors. Medi-Cal trying not to pay. Clayworth staff knows their stuff and if there is a way to get Medi-Cal to pay for my residents meds, they do find a way. We call in a refill at the last minutes. Clayworth stays focused on making sure my clients have their medication. Period. When one of my residents was having breathing issues and needed an asthma medicine STAT, Clayworth's priority was to get our resident the medication, and work it out with the doctor. When they get stalled on their job of getting my client's their medications they call us right away. 9 times out 10 we work together and get the client the medication they need in these situations. The other 1 time we may have to wait on paperwork, but we always get our medication for our residents. To the whole team at Clayworth - BUiLD (Berkeley Youth Living With Disabilities) would like to give you HUGE KUDOS on taking care of our residents, and putting the goal of "Getting them their medication" your top priority. Finally got someone's attention and was immediately turned away and told the medication I needed wasnt the right kind of compounding and was told to go to CVS. (CVS turned me away bc the meds needed to be compounded).
