I can't praise Yamaya and the South Street State Farm team enough. As a 40-year-old tech enthusiast…read moreand self-described geek, I still value face-to-face service, and this experience confirms its importance. Insurance can often be complicated and confusing, but Yamaya provided clear, thoughtful guidance and gave me complete peace of mind as I switched from Progressive to State Farm for my auto coverage. My old Progressive policy was a basic plan that I later realized wouldn't have fully protected me if something had happened. Having a knowledgeable, friendly, and approachable agent like Yamaya--someone who listens, explains, and handles the details--has made all the difference. I've now purchased auto, renters, and life insurance through this office, and every interaction has been excellent. This setup offers the best of both worlds: personal help in person or over the phone, combined with State Farm's apps and online portals that make it simple to track your accounts, payments, and claims. My State Farm experience has been money well spent and a good reminder that no technology can replace genuine human expertise. Thank you!

Thank you all so very much! Updating August 2026. I encountered an issue that was taking a long time to be resolved. The staff was attempting to resolve the issue and was consistently following up to ensure it's completion. Unfortunately, it was taking too long and I asked to speak with the boss. Well, I can certainly understand now why Lymarie has such wonderful staff. She called me immediately and was informative, competent, friendly, and fixed the issue immediately. She took her time and explained what I needed in lay terms that i could understand and was pleasant, polite and I just can't say enough about this office! Highly reccomend!!
