The Tasting Room: Before or after your meal, stop by their dedicated tasting bar to sample their latest releases. Joining their Wine Club is practically a rite of passage for local foodies! Pairing Recommendations: Every single menu item includes a specific Cooper's Hawk wine number recommendation, making it completely foolproof to pair your glass or bottle with your meal. What We Ordered & Standout Flavors The extensive American menu features a brilliant blend of comfort classics and artisanal creations: The Bruschetta (Starter): A table staple. Toasted artisanal bread topped with Roma tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, sweet basil, and a generous balsamic glaze drizzle. Simple, fresh, and bursting with flavor. Pan-Roasted Barramundi (Main): Incredibly moist and flaky, served alongside blistered green beans, fingerling potatoes, and a rich, savory crab-butter sauce that ties the whole dish together. Pretzel-Crusted Pork Chops: Thick-cut, juicy, and coated in a crunchy pretzel crust, served with a heavenly mustard cream sauce and apple butter. It is the ultimate comfort food done at a fine-dining level. The Dessert: Do not leave without ordering the Cooper's Hawk Chocolate Cake--towering, decadent, and paired with rich chocolate ganache and vanilla bean ice cream. Service & Atmosphere The service at Cooper's Hawk is legendary for a reason. Even with the dining room packed to the brim on a weekend night, the staff operates like a well-oiled machine. Servers are exceptionally well-trained, deeply knowledgeable about the wine list, and maintain an upbeat, attentive pace from start to finish. The atmosphere is lively, sophisticated, and perfect for celebrating special occasions, date nights, or lively group dinners. Elite Pro-Tips for Your Visit: Reservations Are a Must: This location gets packed heavily due to its prime I-Drive positioning. Book well in advance, especially for weekend dinner slots. Beat the Wait: If you didn't book ahead, head straight for the bar area or the outdoor patio seating for a slightly faster route to a great meal. Take a Bottle Home: Grab a bottle of your favorite wine from the tasting room on your way out to enjoy later!

Pasteurized means it's heated to get the oxygen out to extend the shelf life, then flavor packs added but since FDA does not consider them an ingredient, it does not have to be on the label. All the competition, Natalie & Indian River are pasteurized! Yuk! Kennesaw Groves, since 1923 has sold fresh squeezed unpasteurized to south Floridians, found everywhere from palm beach south. Because of refrigerated delivery costs & ten day shelf life, it was not sold in Brevard County, until NOW! Now, at OMercado, we can buy a glass for $1, jugs in different sizes, or a gallon....that is 42 oranges squeezed & nothing else done to them! I am so happy to drink the best Orange Juice south Florida oranges produce year round. Kennesaw Groves made OMercado their distributor for Brevard County & Orlando. People drive from Orlando, & so do I, because a gallon each week is my daily treat of vitamin C & great benefits of fresh juice. I discovered that OMercado just expanded & moved from Cocoa beach a few blocks down AIA to Taft st in Cape Canaveral. Visit their website Oj4u.today to see all their gourmet mini market selection. I included photos for you to see.

You will just have to reload more funds that much quicker. Overall worth it with a vast selection of wines to choose from. We were happy with our selections, the quality of the food and presentation. THE VERANDA The wine veranda and restaurant seating occupies the second floor of the building. An indoor second floor dining room spans the length of the building with open air veranda seating at the extremities of the building. The bar manager was so bubbly and fun. She gave us our wine and kicked us out saying we had to go to the back yard before the sun set, so we ran around to the back. The back is a big space with market lighting overlooking the lake. There are wine barrels and chairs around where you can sit and watch the sunset and listen to music. We had a great time watching the sunset and sipping a good Pinot. I honestly wish I would have found Quantum Leap sooner. I'm very sad it's going away. God speed, QL!

We brought our wine glasses out back, sat on Adirondack chairs, & watched the sunset. It could either be romantic or a great party spot. The site also had multiple event spaces, including a speakeasy! You open a mirror & a beautifully decorated large room with sunlight pouring in was there. They had events such a karaoke there regularly. The main wine bar is eco conscious. Many wines were on tap to save on glass bottles. Their bottled wine also consciously use less glass, but still have enough to preserve the flavors of the wines. I personally loved the violet delight red blend. It has a grape in it that was previously thought to be extinct! The winery is picky about how their grapes are sourced as well to fit into their eco views. They had another red based off a doggo, but I forgot the name. It was my second favorite. I highly recommend starting with a flight. The staff is very confidently knowledgeable & an overall blast to be around. They also have charcuterie boards & PeterBrooke chocolates available for purchase. The owner stopped by to say a friendly hi. It felt like anyone who entered instantly became a friend. Their wines will still be sold in other locations, & the processing location is still there.

They have both indoor and outdoor seating, making it a great spot for a date night or grabbing a drink after work. Our server was super knowledgeable about the wines and helped us fill out our flight card. He even recommended the order we should drink them in, which I appreciated! I stuck to the sweet wines and really enjoyed what I tried. But being the foodie I am, the STAR of the show was the meat lovers pizza! It was cheesy, fresh out of the oven, and so good! My only wish is that they had a bigger food menu because I would love to see more options to pair with the wine. I enjoyed my first visit so much that I came back with my family, and we all loved the drinks and pizza just as much the second time around. I would definitely recommend this spot for a girls' night, date night, or just a casual outing. It's also very affordable if you're looking for a fun, budget-friendly date night without breaking the bank. I'll definitely be back!
