Someone comes and plays with my dog for 20-30 min until she's wore out, then she gets some pets and is returned to her crate. I really enjoy the pictures the team sends when I'm not there, and I love the service so much, I've opted to continue even though I'm laid up at home with a broken ankle. Nikki was very personable, and professional which put me at ease, taking care of my dog. I really liked that she asked about socializing preferences, and I was able to keep her to herself there as she gets a lil anxious around other dogs and it was also her 1st kennel visit. But Music City Cats (Brooke and Kate specifically) made my trip so easy and took away the anxiety. They visited my cats twice a day during the week and sent me the BEST pictures.. Seriously.. they could both be professional pet photographers... I'm going to get a few framed.. they played with my cats and gave me the best written text describing their time with my boys. It was so wonderful, and they were delightful, responsive, and clearly loved my babies. It was so easy to set up the lock box for them to have access to my house. I will absolutely use this service again, and can't say enough nice things about Brooke and Kate. Lolllll it took her 17 days to respond to my review...it just shows how slow they respond and don't care....
