Someone comes and plays with my dog for 20-30 min until she's wore out, then she gets some pets and is returned to her crate. I really enjoy the pictures the team sends when I'm not there, and I love the service so much, I've opted to continue even though I'm laid up at home with a broken ankle. Nikki was very personable, and professional which put me at ease, taking care of my dog. I really liked that she asked about socializing preferences, and I was able to keep her to herself there as she gets a lil anxious around other dogs and it was also her 1st kennel visit. But Music City Cats (Brooke and Kate specifically) made my trip so easy and took away the anxiety. They visited my cats twice a day during the week and sent me the BEST pictures.. Seriously.. they could both be professional pet photographers... I'm going to get a few framed.. they played with my cats and gave me the best written text describing their time with my boys. When I got home I was floored that my YORKIE that had lots and lots of hair when I left home with no hair and the worst cut on his facial hairs I have ever seen in my entire life. It looks like she just took the clippers and shaved his hair and then took the dullest scissors in the world and blotched the hair on his face.
