We needed to leave town and of course leaving them was giving me major anxiety. I particularly was looking for a pet sitter that was available to do overnights and do their 3x/day feedings. I was impressed starting from the first meeting we had with Alyssa. She came prepared with a questionnaire and noted every little detail about each cat. Their likes, dislikes, feeding schedule, favorite toys, etc.... I really appreciated that as each of our cats are very different. And I also saw how well she interacted with them during that first meeting. Communication with her has been stellar. Alyssa takes the most amazing photos & sent lots of video updates too. Especially for someone like me who was a nervous wreck leaving them- getting constant updates from her really put my mind at ease. Any time I would check in- she would respond right away. One of our cats in particular is shy with strangers and I was worried that she wouldn't eat while we were gone. I gave Alyssa some recommendations as to how to coax her to eat and Alyssa was so patient with her and kept trying everything she can. And Alyssa was able to get her to eat every meal! I can tell that she was trying to do whatever she can so to make sure our cats were happy and comfortable (which they were!). Alyssa was also very respectful of our home. Even though she spent 3 days at our place- you wouldn't even know! She stripped the sheets, towels, & asked if there's anything else she can do so to make our arrival less stressful. Litter boxes/surrounding areas were spotless! She took amazing care of our home (and for people that are borderline ocd clean- that means a lot). I can't recommend her enough! Will definitely be using Alyssa the next time we need a pet sitter. P.S. She also happens to be the sweetest and has a very calming energy which I know pets gravitate toward.

I find it hard to believe that I am the first review on Yelp for this place of business. Town and country had had my dogs over 60 days this year alone, and I would leave them there 60 more if I had to-knowing that they were being cared after in such a genuine manner. Trey has been my dog groomer for over three years now, and he is truly just the best around: incredible groomer, magician with nervy dogs, and just all around kind human. When he moved to Camp Bow Wow earlier this year, it was a no brainer to follow him. He's one of the most reasonably priced groomers in the area and does an incredible job with all sorts of dogs. My dog genuinely loathes bathes and is overall a nervous dog around other dogs. Trey puts him at ease and he comes wagging his tail every time he seems him, even though he knows he's getting a bath. His nails are always filed down and maintained well and he smells so delightful after a groom with adorable fluffy fur! The facility is super clean and I appreciate the dogs are separated for grooming and have their own crates while being groomed. When my dog got skunked when I was out of town last year, for no extra charge, Trey worked his magic and in a couple of visits the smell was almost gone. True miracle worker and I'm so grateful we found him, as it takes a huge headache out of my life and helps me to know I'm always leaving my baby for a few hours with someone I trust. There's a dedicated parking lot for customers and I appreciate that staff is on top of making sure any dog who comes here is up to date on shots/vaccinations. Even though I don't use the day camp services the staff at the front desk are incredibly kind and welcoming to me and my pup and give him little treats and hugs every time we come in. It's a wonderful and welcoming experience and I can't recommend getting your fur child groomed here with Trey enough!

The first time we used Good Mojo, they stopped by our place to meet the kitties and get very detailed instructions on caring for them. They took such good care of the cats, sending pictures of the cats playing, eating and enjoying the attention. We've used them many times over the past year, and during our most recent trip, Good Mojo really went above and beyond. While we were away, we had to move the cats out of the house for a short period of time. Good Mojo handled everything perfectly, and it was such a relief to know that the cats were in good hands and that everything would run smoothly. It's so nice to know that any time we travel, Good Mojo is always there when we need them. We are so happy we found them here in Nashville!

I had a camera on so I was able to watch (when I had the chance). Throughout the week, my pets were neglected. Did not show up when she was supposed to. Left my pets for hours and hours. I was very upset. Seeing more recent 1-star reviews does not surprise me. Pay attention to the 1-star reviews. They are the most recent very accurate. All of the 5-star reviews are from when the previous owners of Good Mojo owned the business. Abby is not responsible, full of excuses and I would never trust her or her crew with my pets. PPPS needed vaccine records and many additional details to make sure it was safe for all the other pups at their location. We dropped off Zoey and spoke with the groomer (Bree). Bree was very aware of how to properly groom an Aussie. We had a brief conversation about what we wanted and believed Zoey was in capable hands. When Zoey was done, we got a text to pick her up. I was greeted upon arrival and Zoey was led out to me right away. Zoey looked fantastic!!! Bree groomed her exactly the way we had discussed. Zoey looked even better than I had hoped. I gave Bree a $20.00 tip. When I brought Zoey home and my wife saw her, my wife loved the grooming. My wife's only complaint was that I should have given Bree a bigger tip. I will fix that the next time we bring Zoey in for a groom.
